Service is awful, they charge a rediculous amount for very little or no service and if you do not pay on the spot they turn your Security System off which is illegal to do. they charge a flat fee to show up, which is normal and i had no problems but then they tack on another $48 for every 1/2 hour and basically talk take their time and do nothing that amounts to anything. they told us nothing that we didn't already know, and charged us a rediculous amount more than the actual time spent.
