Upon contacting Central Penn, they explained that if we wanted to have them out afterhours we would be charged the emergency rate and suggested we go on with the regular schedule as we had an alternative heat source. I declined that offer and decided to have the emergency repair completed. The first tech that arrived was unable to fix the problem as parts had to be ordered. The following day I received my quote and approved of the repair; however, prior to the part being completed the service manager Damian arrived to ensure that it was the proper fix. He was able to get us temporary heat until the part was due to arrive. We gave them a deadline of when it had to be completed, and they went out of their way to fix the issue. Other parts failed while we waited the few days for the work to be scheduled, causing additional work; however, we remained a priority to ensure the work would be completed within the time we provided. My overall opinion of the company and the work performed is that they do not take advantage of their customers and try to provide accurate and timely service. They also listen to the needs of the customer and work within their schedule.
