I used to come to Omni nails and my favorite nail tech left. I always loved my nails and the service I received. Lately my new location had been missing the mark so I returned to Omni and as expected was happy with the results. The environment is bright and clean. And b weaves such as water, coffee, or wine is offered while being serviced. I was traveling so I wanted a little extra razzle dazzle so this was for sure the place. Minh did a great job with the inspo photo I shared. A few of my beads came off while in Vegas so I'm back to have it fixed. If anything goes wrong with your gel or acrylic work in 5 days it's repaired with no issue for free. Check them out if near midtown. read more

Apparently, they are under new management. Nail tech was an amateur jabbed my foot with clipper, nail polish all over, no wait time between coats, rush job, no technique or skills. Gel laid on thick and pooled at end. Wiped polish off with remover after bad application and did not reapply base coat. Bad attitude, not friendly. Not able to communicate because she did not speak English. Don't waste your money or time. Manager could not care less! What a disaster! read more

Needed a quick fill and fix while in the land of money. I decided to check this nail salon out. You have to pay for parking ... the service was quick and easy to explain what I needed. The atmosphere was fast paced. For a fix/fill/design I paid $99.00 .. I wasn't surprised! S/o Jenny for hooking me up. One of my nails broke before I left Miami. read more

This place needs a health inspector STAT!!!!!!!!! I came and made an appointment today and the whole thing was a disgusting embarrassing nightmare. I was sat with this man who very clearly had infections/fungus on his own hand nails and I politely requested he wear a second glove on the hand with his fungus and he got mad and refused. I explained I'm pregnant and susceptible and honestly should never have to over explain basic hygienic standards required in all nail salons which is to wear a freaking glove. He made a show with other nail techs in his native language and everyone was staring at me like I was a problem and chose to leave since I felt so uncomfortable. I've never felt so disgusted and unnecessarily embarrassed in my life and no one should ever be made to feel this way getting their own nails done. I left halfway through the procedure and ran to Rosé Nail Lounge to finish the procedure and the difference was like night and day. Very clean and modern facilities and ALL nail techs wear gloves!!! Stay far away from this place!!!! Plus if your nail tech's own nails are disgusting and poorly taken care of just imagine how they will leave yours! The signs are everywhere. Omni Nails is awful. My nail polish started peeling/chipping the next day. My manicurist did not use a brush to clean up around my cuticle so my skin was painted. Gel nail polish should never peel the way my manicure did. It should grow out. read more

Overall I liked this place; they did a great job with my nails and pedicure. PROS: online booking, plenty of options for services, great work/ my nails turned out fabulous! CONS: not well ventilated...my eyes were literally burning when I walked in. Pricing structure: be warned...when you book online it tells you the price...so I thought. My pedicure ($30) was correct. My new set with gel color was listed at $70. I added some jewels on two nails which garnered an additional $45 in price?!?!?! I expected $20ish but not $45. Had I known that I would have said no. I feel like they just charge you whatever they feel like. Total price was $170+ after tipping. read more

Went here yesterday it was a cute and clean place. I made an appt and didn't have to wait long for them to take me back. It was busy so I definitely recommend making an appt . I had a dip manicure with BB and it came out great and she was quick! My one complaint if any is it's a little over priced but hey, the quality is there! read more

If you are a perfectionist and looking for gel new set this is not a place for you. I was specific as to what I wanted and yet I didn't get it. Not sure why it had to cost me 125$ to realize I am never coming back to this place. They are lovely people, they just have no clue about gel nails or nail architecture and building a proper one. A spot for in and out manicure maybe, not a spot for anything more than that. Sadly disappointed. read more

I am so disappointed with the service I received here. I do not live in Miami but was in town for an event so booked a last minute appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I let the man who did my nails (who happened to be very nice which is why I'm not giving just 1 star) know that my nails are in recovery from over filing/drilling at other salons, and are very thin so all but begged him to not use the drill on my natural nails. He insisted he "wouldn't touch" my natural nails and was just using it to take off the previous gel manicure I had gotten elsewhere (meanwhile barely even trying to let it soak off). However, he ended up filing down my nails to insanely thin and then giving a super messy gel manicure. Fast forward to literally 5 days later and 4 of my GEL nails have completely chipped and broken, they are all uneven and I have to get them done again. I am so disappointed and just wish that the nail techs here would listen to their customers vs just taking the easy way out. Also - unfortunately the salon was really dirty/disorganized. Will choose another salon next time I'm in town. read more

I wish I could rate this place 10 stars! I walked in, panicked about getting my gel gel extensions nails fixed for my engagement dinner. Three nails bad broken off and I was desperate to have them fixed by that night. I was taken in and my nail tech ended up having time to redo my whole set. They looked even better than my original nails! *Note the size difference in my nails in the picture were something I didn't care about but she easily would have made them completely even. Pretty disappointed with my experience; 1) The woman broke my nail while taking off my acrylic so now I have one nail significantly shorter than the others 2) I did dip and it started coming off immediately the next day on multiple fingers 3) she left my cuticles so dirty (see photo attached) Not coming back. read more

Two stars: One for good location in Midtown, and one for availability and ease of booking an appointment as a new client on short notice. But the actual service was not great. My pedicure lasted barely a week before discoloring and chipping (should last 3 weeks at least). And it is not cheap... I paid more than average for the area. There are many nail salons around Midtown and Edgewater so I wouldn't go to Omni again. My favorite is Mano, which is less than a block away from Omni. read more

Avoid this place if possible. (TLDR: there's a far nicer similarly priced place just around the corner) First - bless the future health of the people working there. There is absolutely no ventilation and the fumes are headache inducing. I could barely stand it for the length of my mediocre manicure. Second, my manicure was just ok. The nail tech rushed and it was very uneven. He blamed this on the length of my nails (though, every other nail tech has managed just fine) There was dust covering my hands the whole time and they didn't even clean the dip from under my nails. I was told to clean them myself at the wash bowl. What? The ghetto. Then (and most importantly) as I was leaving, one of the nail techs jumped up and yelped "You didn't pay!" I replied "yes I did" and turned to continue walking out and he yelled "no you didn't!" First of all, if by some chance I was mistaken and hadn't paid, this was *still* the wrong course of action. He could've said "I'm sorry, there may be an error on our part, do you mind coming in while we sort it?" But no. Instead he chose to yell at me as if he were the town crier and I had just stolen his sheep. Then, my nail tech came over, found the receipt that I paid and suddenly the town crier was mum. No apology. No acknowledgment, just head down back to work. The manager didn't even attempt to diffuse him or appease me. Perhaps those fumes have gotten to their head. Thankfully I walked three minutes around the corner to a far more classy establishment where I was welcomed with a glass of champagne, was able to breathe easily literally and figuratively, and had a relaxing pedicure. I don't know if race played a part in why they were so rudely aggressive toward me (a black woman) but I don't know that it didn't. read more

Well.... coming from new york this is my first nail salon coming to since I got here in Miami. I am so glad I listen to the reviews and take a shoT at this place its almost like a hidden gem .. It's very warm and welcoming I found my go to person and go to nail salon and I couldn't be any happier. My nail tech Was andrew and this was my first ever ombré acrylic with tips !! He did a great job asking in between filing if the shape was ok and length .. I just showed him a picture online and it was almost exact just mine was better ;) paid 75$ a bit pricy but worth it if you wanna spoil yourself a bit and get a new nails look. .... however I was suppose to show my check in Yelp thing to get 5% discounts which I forgot but that's was on my part but never the less Im glad I came here... One thing they do advertise is a complimentary drink but no one offer me which was a bummer I should of just ask lol but over all experience was great friendly staff and I will upload a proof of pictuRe of the work! read more

5-stars for my nail tech, Paul and for them taking me on time for my appointment. My go-to used to be Venetian around the corner but it was just too crowded all the time- even with an appointment. He gave a great foot and leg massage and had a great attention to detail during the whole process and was very nice. 3-stars for ambiance and the fact that they advertise complimentary beverage but I didn't get offered one (I usually don't take them anyway bc the free wine at nail places is usually awful) and that I don't expect but appreciate an arm/hand massage and didn't really get one with my gel mani. I also don't know if they offer different tiers or spa pedicures because I didn't see a full menu of services so just had a basic spa pedi (but they could've upsold me if I'd know that they had more options. Great new nail salon in the midtown area. I am so happy I found this location as this area is lacking in good nail salons. Their prices are the same and/or less expensive than most Nail spas near by but Omni has the best technicians and customer service by far. I always go to Vita to get my awesome dip power manicure. She seemingly takes pride in her work and my nails always look great and last at least 3-4 weeks. Make sure to always make an appointment as they do not have many techs constantly available. I have been able to walk in a couple of times but they are usually always busy! read more

Tony was awesome! He helped me so much solidly my idea since I was all over the place and it was my first time getting dip powder on my nails. In the past other nail techs rushed me with answers which left me feeling very confused but he was kind and patient. I also found out he's been doing nails for a very long time, so he's an expert at his craft! I've been looking for someone consistent to do my nails and I just found my guy. The salon isn't clean at all. The lady who did my pedicure and manicure was very rough. She was very aggressive cutting off my cuticles. Actually, she cut my finger ( which started bleeding and still hurts ) and didn't even said sorry. I had my manicure and pedicure 48 hs ago and I have 4 nails chipped !!! I will never return even though it's 2 blocks from home. read more

I wanted to give Omni nails another chance because its a convenient location but unfortunately had 3 horrible experiences there. Today I made an appointment for 10am and arrived on time to find 4 others waiting for their appointments. One technician was there. By 10:20 no other staff had come. Due to a language barrier, the staff asked us to call the other technicians and ask how far away they were. By 10:30 only 1 other staff had arrived. They never apologized to us instead told us traffic is bad in Miami and we have to wait. The other clients were appalled and we all left. read more

I went to Daryn for an enema and colonic and it was a cataclysmic experience. I have never felt such physical relief from a discomfort, such emotional gain from having a 'fog' lifted, and, such overwhelming contentment from just feeling like myself again. To begin, as I expect we all might, I had to get over the stigma of what was going to happen and my completely misplaced thoughts of awkwardness. This visit could not have been less awkward. No one needs to waste any energy thinking about this... Daryn is super chill and incredibly smart, she was polarizing as she was teaching me about my body and I was hinging on her every word. I recently visited this nail salon for the third time, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. As someone who has been doing hard gel nails for the past 12 years, I noticed that my nails had unglued and water was getting in, which can lead to fungus. When I called the salon to express my concern and find a solution, the owner was not helpful or supportive. Instead of listening to my concerns and helping me find a solution, he gave me every excuse as to why my nails were falling apart. I was even willing to pay more to fix the issue, but the owner was not willing to work with me. In addition to the lack of customer service, the salon's price list was confusing, with a million add-ons that led to different prices every time I visited. Not sure if this is a tactic to get an extra dollar from every visitor but as a customer, I value clarity and communication, and unfortunately, this salon did not deliver on that front. Overall, I would not recommend this salon to others. While price is certainly a factor, customer service and communication are equally important when it comes to running a successful business. As someone who values quality nail services and good customer service, I was disappointed by my experience at this salon. read more

A friend recommended me Hao and I made a appointment with him at 11:30 am, I showed up 10 mins late because I couldn't find parking and I was trying to find parking since 11:20 that I got there, and usually in other places they won't take you if you're more than 15 mins late. Anyways, I was seating there waiting for someone to talk to me for like 15-20 mins and after all that waiting another guy comes saying that Hao couldn't do my nails when he was with another client since i got there, plus they all talked in the their language and I felt left out, it was just very bad customer service, I can't grade how nails are because I couldn't even get them done. Update:: my review only applies towards my first two visits. I will not be returning to Omni Nails, they have a new guy doing nails and the quality of his work is horrible. I paid for the most expensive pedicure they have and the guy that was supposed to do my pedicure had left he got called back and came back with an attitude. I should've said something right there and then but didn't- my fault for not speaking up. He didn't give me a massage and the next day the polish came of... I thought I had found a great nail place but just like the rest of the places around this area they are inconsistent. read more

Just checked out my friends new shop and have to say it is beautiful and welcoming. Everyone is on point with there filling, shapes, and sizes and can't forget about there nail art skills.
