The heated slow flow is so great. I drop in once or twice a week and walk out feeling so good. I feel like I have had all the instructors at least twice and love them all. Every class feels fresh and different--it's never the same sequence of movements--but the welcoming, positive atmosphere is always consistent. I have struggled to find a place to start a practice. I think if you are a person of color, it is complicated to be in a space, vulnerable, half naked, and without the usual protection one needs to have to live in a very white place. However, the classes are so superior at this studio, that we all deserve such a space. The instructors are knowledgeable and powerful. The evening classes although excellent, can be very crowded. I personally can"t handle that, but if you can, worth it. The day time classes are plentiful and often just a few people. What stays consistent, is the quality of the instruction, which is passionate without being too woo woo. These instructors are bad ass and you will leave feeling invigorated and taken care of. read more

Great little yoga studio in South Lake Tahoe super close to Heavenly. Currently teacher training graduates are leading classes on Saturday and Sundays for a donation at noon. Register online to reserve your space as spots are limited - the studio is one room only. Parking is simple in the shopping center lot. It is easy to buy a class park instead of a monthly membership if you are visiting. Great variety of classes and instructors - thought some are inconstant on providing direction for those new to the studio. This has been my studio of choice this season in Tahoe. read more

What a great place, and I'm pretty sure it's the only hot yoga in town. I love the various yoga classes available. The regular 26, hot yoga with music and others. Teachers are attentive and will explain to make your experience better if you aren't a pro. I recommend the online purchasing of classes to guarantee your spot since the studio is somewhat small and there aren't many hot yoga classes after regular 9-5 job hours through the week. read more

Our family has a cabin nearby so we are in the area periodically. I was looking for a way to keep up my fitness routine and found this studio searching yelp. I took 3 classes while up for the 4th of July holiday this year, 2 Sweaty Vinyasa and 1 Hot Yogalates. Both Jessica and Nicole were great teachers and I loved the sweet Boston terroir that joined us one morning, quietly on her mat. The rooms are very warm but not so hot like I've experienced in Bikram (not a fan). The room, though smalll, has a one large window that is frosted, so you can't be seen but you get the right amount of natural light. Nice, clean, large bathroom, water available, and mats, clothes, jewelry for sale. Located at the Y, with lots of parking, bike parking, and if you are needing a yoga mat, like I did, there is a super cute shop next store that was selling mats (and clothes), plus Big 5 is there as well. I only wish I could have come more while I was there but I had too much fun with family! read more

We had a group of 16 girls for a Bachelorette party. The class is usually 1 hour with 8 poles. Omni extended the class to 2 hours in order to accommodate our large group. The provided fruits and juice to go with our champagne. Our group did not arrive on time, but they didn't mind. Sarah, our instructor was fabulous, she made everything look easy and made all the girls feel very comfortable. I would 100% recommend for a girl's night activity or just a workout. read more

I grew up dancing and always wanted to "like" yoga and just never found a class that made me want to go back.... until I went to Bo's class. I found this place on Yelp trying to find a workout place to get my fix. My guy and I went to one of the boot camp type classes. I really liked the class not super difficult but enough to leave me satisfied. There weren't a lot of people there so it was nice and intimate. Good drop in rate too. Studio was clean and cute. I would love to try some of the other classes they offer too. I will definitely go back next time I visit. read more

We had a bachelorette weekend planned in Tahoe, but were unable to attend due to weather conditions / road closure. With a last minute cancelation, we were issued a total refund, with no hassel and no questions asked. Such a beautiful studio filled with great gems (like actual gems!) as well as an amazing apparel, gorgeous jewelry selection, and of course great classes. I've tried the Core Power Hour and Kids Yoga so far and am impressed with Omni's grace and extra touches. Cold refreshing lavender scented towels and eucalyptus mist are now a must for my shavasanas and my daughter (4) couldn't wait to try her cat and cow poses when she returned from her yoga class with Gina. Jenna is magic. If I could give her six stars, I would. Her attention to biomechanics and subtle nuances of movement is impeccable. Unlike most instructors, she teaches you to breathe into a deep stretch, while holding it longer, to break through range limitations in a safe and effective manner. This girl is aces. Much gratitude.
