Belts, watches, etc come off but not shoes (thank goodness) . Make sure to leave nail files, lighters, etc in your car Getting to the passport office: The passport office is in the 4th floor. There are 2 sets of elevators so make sure you're waiting for the right one. The lower levels one is on the further end from security. When you get upstairs the guard will check your reservation confirmation and tell you what line to get in. From there it's just showing what they ask at the window then going to the next place they tell you . Other info: Apparently there is somewhere to take passport photos on site for a fee Everyone was very polite and friendly which I wasn't necessarily expecting ! I arrived to the building at 7:40am and was at the 4th floor by about 8:05am. I was done by 8:30am which was actually my appointment time. I recommend arriving early! When I came to pickup my passport at about it 2pm there were no lines anywhere

They were supposed to be here to pick up the car at noon. Someone called me at 11:20 to make sure I would be here at noon. I checked the maps app on my phone and the driving time was listed at 38 minutes, so that made sense. When they didn't show up, I tried to call and no one will answer the phones, even though their business hours are until 5PM. No matter what menu option I selected, I was taken back to the automated menu. I called the customer service number and they reached someone at the office. Miraculously, just minutes after that call, they called me that they needed the gate code that they already have on my account. So of course they were nearby, but gave me a traffic excuse. I already know that wasn't right because I checked it on maps and knew it didn't take them an hour and a half to arrive. To be that close after I called customer service, it was obvious that they made some type of stop without regard to the customers time or schedule. I strongly advise against paying them for this service under these conditions.
