I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had an emergency regarding my mother. All I needed to know was the address of a specific terminal. I kept calling and being placed on hold, just so they can hang up on me. They are incredibly lucky I found my 73 year old mother or this place would have been all over the news for failure to render aid!!! The webpage glitched and double charged me, said I was seating on different parts of the bus at the same time. I have tried everything for them to cancel the ticket and refund me the 200 extra dollars they charged me. I've have been in person in Mexico and the US, I've tried online and in the phone but they hang up. Please don't use this service, might as well had come in plane and would have been cheaper, faster and way more comfortable. read more

Other than a good timing, as per departures and arrivals, this company misrepresent its services. You pay the highest rate compare to their competition, yet their "Ejecutivo Service" is far from what they claim. The attitude, especially in Mexico was more like "just because you come from the states, I am not going to bow to you" Which no one is asking them to do. They need just to do their jobs. Their buses have screens where they show movies that no one can hear. As you walk into your bus, they give you disposable earphone but the outlet for the eby the seats do not work. This bus line acts like they are above all the others. They give you a time to be there and they are late more than 2 HOURS after the time they schedule you! Its hot and smells like urine. I was very disappointed in the service at the front desk too. The agents act just like the agents at thee border on the other side (MX). They act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you use their bus! Plus side: They give you a bag with snacks (stale peanuts, drink, etc...). Thanks! read more

muy mala experiencia , las cortinas son muy cortas y golpean la cara por lo q uno no puede descansar en el viaje .. las luces interiores no son incomodas entiendo q no deben apagarlas por completo pero lastiman mucho .. desafortunadamente en estados unidos el transporte es deficiente .. deberían de ser buenos o al menos mejores q lo q nos ofrecen .. y a veces el personal no es servicial read more
