I rented a car using their drop off and pickup service. They charge a $50 fee for that service but feel no responsibility to provide the service at the time you schedule. They were supposed to be here to pick up the car at noon. Someone called me at 11:20 to make sure I would be here at noon. I checked the maps app on my phone and the driving time was listed at 38 minutes, so that made sense. When they didn't show up, I tried to call and no one will answer the phones, even though their business hours are until 5PM. No matter what menu option I selected, I was taken back to the automated menu. I called the customer service number and they reached someone at the office. Miraculously, just minutes after that call, they called me that they needed the gate code that they already have on my account. So of course they were nearby, but gave me a traffic excuse. I already know that wasn't right because I checked it on maps and knew it didn't take them an hour and a half to arrive. To be that close after I called customer service, it was obvious that they made some type of stop without regard to the customers time or schedule. We rented a Voyager mini van for our party of 7 one way to Galveston on our way to a cruise. The shuttle took awhile to get to the Houston Airport, maybe 15 minutes. Gentleman was helpful with our luggage. The line at Enterprise wasn't long. There was 1 person ahead of us. The lady at the counter was just Ok, not very helpful. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star was because another lady at the counter noticed we were waiting awhile for our car. She very nicely walked us to a mini van and started it. She said she will turn on the heat so we can wait on the car. That's great customer service! I wish I remembered her name but I have forgotten. She had long hair braids. Lovely person! Well, after waiting what seems v like an eternity I finally got out because I noticed someone who came after us drove off next to us! I went to this lovely lady and asked what happened. Mind you there is 4 staff chatting at the counter. She profusely apologized and had someone help us and we were off! read more

I initially set up an appointment for them to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes AFTER the appointment time before calling. The gentleman was apologetic and advised a driver was on the way. The driver was pleasant and also apologized. For the inconvenience I was offered a free upgrade. I phone the location the day the car was to be returned and was told as long as I got the vehicle back before their gates closed it would be considered a same day return. The vehicle was returned at 7pm and the keys left in the drop box. A week later Enterpise debits out of my account more than what was expected. When I called I was told that I was charged for a day I didn't even have the vehicle. The rep advised he would refund the money as it was their error. He advised to allow 24 hours. I've allowed the time and still no refund. I called again and though I was offered an apology it doesn't make up for the fact my money has t been refunded. Rest assured I'll never use this location again!!! read more

At the end, the drive back to the dealership and the courtesy and friendliness and respect shown by the great female employee was outstanding. must say this location with the new manager John is just honest and always trying to make the customers satisfied.. first start off with his co worker Alex...cars was short one day and Alex keep on telling me to call back every hour to see if someone brought a car back...I called for 4 hours straight and no luck but in my mind at least he told me to call back since I was already calling 3 other locations and they were flat rude in my opinion but all enterprise near me was short on rentals but Alex was determine to get me in one but at 6pm still no luck and he told me to show up in the morning and he put me in one. well I showed up to this location on gulf freeway and John was there..kool guy and they got me into a new impala...well I didn't like it but I needed a ride for work etc..1 hour later I called and spoke to john and said I don't like this car is there anything else available .John said what do I want to drive and I said the new 2019 maxima.. he said give him a few hours and he call me if it came up...well I didn't believe him even though he was a kool guy and a few hours later he called couldn't believe it and he switch my rental impala to a 19 maxima..just want to say thanks and john the manager is one of a kind and he cares what customers wants. any issues talk to john.... read more
