After informing the owner that I was undergoing cancer treatment and would need reliable service, I found myself repeatedly having to initiate contact. I've asked for sprinkler adjustments so I wouldn't be fined by the City of Visalia and he never addressed it. After reseeding my lawn he said he would come every week after that to do other services since he couldn't mow the lawn but he did not follow through. At the time of this review, I have not heard from Q (the owner) or have had service for three weeks. My lawn has been left unmaintained even after I gave him a second chance when he burned the edges of my lawn with weed killer. Upon hiring him I explained how much hard work I put into my lawns before starting chemo and needed someone dependable to maintain it and communicate with me. My hard work has gone down the drain and now I am inconvenienced to find another lawn maintenance company when I should be focusing on my health. Communication and reliability did not meet my expectations for a supposed "professional" lawn maintenance company. I do not recommend this company.

On top of that, services were not consistent, and he even lost our backyard key. I do not recommend QR Lawn Service. Find someone else who is reliable and professional.

Three days later, I had to text him again and they finally came out and cut every single bush really short even the ones I did not show him pictures. They damaged lighting around the yard. His crew broke multiple sprinklers, including this one, and I had to dig up the Bush, they wrongfully trimmed. They would often show up and I would watch them do nothing.
