I booked an appointment with ChiroOne after injuring my back (slipped disc) and because my previous Chiropractor was not available that day. I came to them in agonizing pain, barely able to move. Not only did they spend 30-45 minutes having me fill out paperwork and asking general intake questions like how much coffee I drink and whether I was born vaginally or via c-section (to name a few), they ended up sending me home with no treatment, no advice, no exercises/stretches, only to come back to examine the x-rays that were taken that day. They just so happened to have an appointment the next day. I came back the next day expecting some treatment for the pain; nope! Again, sitting and talking to the doctor while clearly in pain and being sold a 'treatment' plan, discussing my insurance coverage, my "long term goals", and other BS. Finally after insisting that I no longer wished to talk and do paperwork, the doctor gave me an "adjustment", she made sure to let the staff know exactly how much to charge me, and sent me on my way. No advice and no follow-up of any kind. Real diagnosis and treatment was done elsewhere. If you are in any type of pain, avoid this place by any means necessary. Lord knows what those initial two days cost me long-term.
