First of all the facility is immaculate. From the waiting area to all the equipment areas - even before the pandemic all areas were always spotless. And when Covid hit, every precaution was taken and every protocol followed. I always felt very safe and protected. At the front desk, Vik always greeted me with a smile and a friendly word. As a physical therapist, Anita is extremely competent and professional, but also very welcoming and friendly. She is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with: knowledge and thorough, as well as patient and kind. She could tell if I was having a bad day with pain & stiffness from RA, but still helped me progress in strengthening my shoulder. I always received individual attention- unlike other clinics that overbook and basically leave you on your own. When the need arises, I will definitely go back to Northwest PT. After pulling down a tendon in my arm, Dr. Patari wound it around my thumb and righted it. I also had carpal tunnel surgery. It was a big deal but I recovered nicely. Now, in a separate issue, my little finger is a swollen purplely color and and my hand outside edge is so swollen and sooo tender. After analyzing an xray, Dr. Patari treated it accordingly. I have always been so pleased with Dr. Patari's hand treatments and I can't say enough about his staff.....the best....caring and proficient. I look forward to my next appointment.

They actually treat you like a person and even remember and greet you by name. They work with you and your pain and injury rather than go by the book and go out of their way to help you, way beyond the call of duty. They spend time getting to know you and your injury and focus on those points not like the other places that tell you to do your exercises by rote and don't even make eye contact treating you like a zombie. A special shout out to the therapists there who genuinely care like Barbara, Pretzel, Mocha, Brittany and Palak who treated me like family. The pt she worked with Rama Khatib - was very aggressive in her treatment , but backed off a bit when told she was causing pain. She backed off so much that my mother progressed very little. She was also observed to be rude to my mother as she was frustrated. My mom can't speak great English but is not dumb - and could see Rama being much more kind to her other patients and left my mom on the bike for 30 minutes without much intervention or care. Rama and I spoke to each other several times - and she didn't say much - except 'that's what I'm saying' when I would point things out that my mom needed to improve. Would never return here and never recommend to anyone.
