I requested a free quote on their website and Geoff showed up the same day. Geoff was very personable, talked me through the project (we needed branches from neighbors tree cut) and he even walked me through my yard to talk about the other trees/health status. Of the 3 other quotes we received, Above & Beyond was the most reasonable and quite honestly the only one that made me feel comfortable with moving forward. Project was completed yesterday (since the date of the quote to the project completion, it took about 3 weeks which was even earlier than expected). The work was done within a couple of hours, no damage to the yard, and everything was picked up. Geoff is someone who cares about his company and his customers - you will be satisfied!

The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. He is a well-organized, personable businessman who returned phone calls promptly and came when he said he would. As a family friend he was willing to come to Medfield, but principally works in Norfolk, Franklin and Wrentham. Dave's been in business for 30 years and it shows in his professionalism and skill. He left our yard in perfect condition. We highly recommend him.

He gave me a timeline for getting the work done based on his availability, which was a few weeks out. He was available a week early, called the night before to confirm it was okay to do the job early, and then arrived on time the next day. He was careful with his equipment not to damage my yard (the chipper was huge), and he chipped all the material within a few hours. I want to comment on his clean-up as I have never had another contractor do such a fantastic job. My yard, and the four areas with the very large piles of dead trees were spotless. He did a much better job cleaning that I could have done on my best day. No little twigs, no leaves, and no damage to the grass that was under the pile. Spotless.
