I am writing this to warn anyone considering Brook Tree Service: stay away. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experience I have ever encountered. Incomplete Work: They promised a full service, but left the job unfinished. After removing a stump, they simply abandoned the site, leaving a pile of trash and debris behind for me to clean up. Hostile Behavior: When I held 5% of the balance for work that was never completed to the agreed-upon standard, the company had the audacity to threaten legal action. They demand payment for a mess they created and refuse to take accountability. Unacceptable Staff: My interactions with Kyle were beyond unprofessional. He is disrespectful, shameful, and entirely unfit to manage a service-based business. His behavior was the definition of hostile. This company is a complete sham. They will promise you the world just to get the contract, but they have no intention of completing the work properly. If you value your property and your peace of mind, find literally any other service provider. Do not deal with them. read more

Brooke Tree Service recently cut down 11 trees and ground 11 stumps at my house. The pricing was very competitive with other local tree companies and they crew worked very efficiently and did a great job cleaning up as they worked.
