We also appreciated the option of scheduling a third party pest inspection through their website for the same day. Unfortunately, after the request went through, I learned that we needed to reschedule the inspections due to the owner of the house being out of town. All it took was a simple phone call and a new date was set. Kurtis not only followed up to confirm the date change, but he also sent over multiple recommendations for septic and well inspection companies since we didn't know the area very well. They were very professional and arrived early before our scheduled time. I felt horrible because there was an excessive heat warning that day with 100°+ temperatures, but Kurtis was very thorough with the inspection and even took his time with the intense heat in the attic and on the roof. We were impressed with Kurtis's knowledge and expertise, but he went above and beyond by walking us around and pointing out concerns AFTER his 3+ hour inspection! Totally unexpected, but very much appreciated. He made terrific suggestions and came up with creative and awesome solutions to the issues he found. Even our realtor mentioned how she's been in the business for a long time and was impressed by his inspection. We were especially surprised at the quick turnaround on the inspection report. I love how it was color coded to distinguish minor, moderate and major concerns. It included photos and videos with explanations which made it easy for us to read and understand. Tyler is great to work with and is happy to explain the products he uses and adapt his approach based on my needs/requests (for example, staying far away from my vegetable garden). The most recent time he was here he even offered suggestions for chemical-free/more natural DIY pest deterrents because he knows that is important to me. I don't know from personal experience how their fees compare with other pest control businesses in the area but I'm always very satisfied with my experience with them and trust they are going to help me address problems and not try to sell me on something I don't need.
