Couldn't be more satisfied. They met a quick timeline, and met my expectations quickly and professionally. I'll be repeat customer.

The first time I was so impressed not Only with the prices but with the move and that's why I called again! They beat ANYONE'S PRICE and move better THAN ANYONE I've EVER USED. NO names mentioned. TM&T LMAO. I Really love these guys! From the customer service representative on the phone to the paper work from beginning to end! No complaints!! Five STARS!!

Absolutely the worst experience moving ever! Everything seemed great until they showed up. We had…read morephone calls, texts and even a walk through where John even took notes. We felt confident. Boy were we wrong! $15k down the drain. Everything became a complaint or an argument. We had picked them specifically because they said they would build a crate for the lathe and charged another $1000 to do it. On the day John argued he would not move it and had never agreed to. Much less build a crate for it. I ended up providing makeshift materials and show them how to safely move it. When it got here things were bent and broken. While getting boxes in the truck two of them kept pushing each other around like two little kids. They eventually dropped a bed frame on the hardwood floor and then one pretended to be hurt. We saw it. It never touched him but he screamed it broke his foot and was bleeding. Yet somehow he had no issues moving boxes. The same two guys kept pushing each other around until finally one was thrown right where a snow plow was being moved. The plow flipped over and narrowly missed his foot! I turned white. The truck they brought was not big enough. They had to go and offload it and return. That took them 4 hours. We had to walk behind them around the house because they would constantly not grab all the boxes from rooms but close the door and say it was all done. Always an argument ensued. Things like yard equipment, glass and awkwardly shaped things were taken separately on the truck. When these guys arrived they had two trucks and just 3 people. As they opened the truck I saw one of my generators sitting upside down! The lathe was loosely strapped to the side of the truck sitting on the same material I provided. Things on it were bent and broken from bouncing around. All the yard equipment and awkwardly shaped items were just stuck in tall garment boxes. Trim pieces from my truck I had just painted were scratched and rubbed through. Ruined. Boxes were crushed. The guy with the "broken foot" kept limping around. John hardly did anything. Boxes were placed any which way pretty much anywhere. We had to insist and argue for boxes to be taken where they belonged. Things that went into storage were just chucked in and boxes placed right at the entrance. It was a mess. We gave up on having the furniture put back together as we just wanted them to leave.

I had to think long and hard about writing this review because I grew up with the philosophy "if…read moreyou don't have anything nice to say - then don't say anything at all". That being said - I don't want others to fall into the trap I did. My experience was similar to the many other voices here on yelp. I was provided with an "estimated hours time" to complete my move . . . everything in the house was packed and ready to load. Three men showed up late. One young guy was on his phone every time I walked outside to check progress on loading. A completely rude man kept asking to use my bathroom and then informed me I was out of toilet paper and did I have more. Needless to say I had a clogged toilet. They took more than twice the anticipated time to load the truck and behaved outrageously when I said I didn't have enough cash to pay them (since I planned for half the time). The man wanted to stay (alone) in my empty house while I went to the bank to get money. What kind of legitimate business demands payment in cash?! But the real reason I am writing this review is because most of what I loaded into the truck went into storage for a year. I just moved again and was able to unpack my things......crushed storage boxes, soo many broken items I can't even count, damaged furniture AND my very expensive commercial sized treadmill is broken. The day of the move I watched the bathroom idiot try to pick up the console by himself and as I was beginning to say, "don't....." - he dropped it upside down on my concrete drive. I was hopeful that since it was wrapped in foam and moving blankets it would be safe - but I should have known better. When I called the owner he started swearing at me and insisting everything was my fault and his men told him I was "difficult". Don't trust this man/company with your possessions! The clowns he hires to do the moving are unprofessional, rude, lazy and don't give a poo about how they treat your items.

Had a very smooth and professional communication with the owner, John. And got quoted for a more…read morethan reasonable price for my move. The move itself went way smoother than I anticipated. My crew, Derek and Justin were extremely efficient and communicative. They always asked me where and how I would like to have the things unloaded and placed, and were very respectful of my apartment. Ended up finishing everything and more than what I have asked for to unload in less than the quoted 2 hours! Would definitely consider using them again if needed to move. In a word: Don't sweat, leave it to the Big Guys!

I'm a single senior citizen moving for the first time in 25 years, with no help. I explained all…read moreof this when I called Fordson, and they were super accommodating and friendly. Two guys showed up with a huge truck; took about 2 hours to load and drove the 60+ miles to my new home. I explained that I would have to leave before they finished, so I could drive back to Dearborn in the daylight (eyesight issues). That's when it all fell apart. I went back the next day to find plastic wrap strewn around the house, leaves all over the inside of the house, items left wrapped, a dirty bathroom and smoke smell. I contacted Fordson, and was told a slew of lies the worker told him; He said I told them not to enter the garage, FALSE. He said he couldn't find anywhere to dispose of the plastic wrap - THERE WAS A GARBAGE CAN IN THE DRIVEWAY NEXT TO THEIR TRUCK, I was told they aren't responsible for cleaning up after the job. I told Fordson I felt taken advantage of, being alone and older, and that his employee was lying. They made no accommodation and essentially blew me off once they were paid. My Advise: WATCH THEM EVERY MINUTE and make sure a man is around. They will lie and cheat and take advantage of a single woman. BEWARE.

The owner of this fraudulent ring is George. He is a big time scammer! I hired this company to move…read moreme into my new place and they were unprofessional and they even damaged my belongings. I'll be sure to post pictures. His guys were vulgar and extremely unprofessional to the point where one of the guys tried to cut a side deal with me for future work. Which I of course declined! So his guys move my things into my home but they forgot to bring tools to assemble the furniture like beds etc!!! How are you a moving company that forgets to bring tools??!! I was a little pissed by that but that's not the worst that occured. The job started at 8:30 PM and went on up until 3:30 AM! George tells me his guys are tired and can't stay out so late.(Who are they? Cinderella??!!!) So they have to come back to finish up the next day. I agreed. George promised to be back at my place at 10AM . 10AM came and went and he never showed!!! I called , I texted, I even called from different numbers and this guy never answered or responded to my calls or texts! I mean really?!!! You take my hard honest earned $450 and run into the wind without finishing your job and you have the nerve to call yourself a professional moving company??!!! I beg to differ and I have proof. (Check the pictures) I was so upset that I goggled this po dunk company's location and decided to make my way out there and demand an explanation for such treatment! Upon arrival at 516 Mill St Lincoln Park, MI I see a little house with George's van with George inside just sitting and chatting it up in the driveway!! So I called the police. I wasn't about to take the chances of becoming a hashtag tonight. While I'm waiting on the police George's mother sister cousin wife and auntie makes it their business to walk past my car or slow ride past my car. I didn't know their intentions so I left. I pulled up to the Walgreen's on the main street by his house and asked the police to call me once dispatched. An hour later I get the call and as I'm pulling up the cops are pulling off!! I flag them down and they say all they can do is ask him to call me. They say take him to court. You better believe that's advice I'm gonna take! Save yourself the headache, the time, and the drama and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!!!
