Our yard is a little tore up but that's to be expected. When paying I wanted to take them a check since one of the guys told me they charge 2% more for credit card fees. I had issues finding the right place. They are behind the big building that the gps will take you to. And there is no signage for Broad Ripple Tree Service. An hour later, Don Burns showed up to look over the project and give me an estimate. Right on time the next morning, a team showed up and started taking the tree down. Before they were finished another team arrived and started chipping and hauling away the debris. About two hours later another two people showed up and ground the stump out. Everyone on the entire crew was friendly and polite. They took their job seriously and the worksite is completely clean. I got a lot of work for a reasonable price. We had the large black walnut tree in our front yard trimmed - the project took them around two hours and four (?) guys on hand. I was impressed with how careful they were with trimming each branch and making certain nothing hit the home through the process despite the branches growing right up against and over the house. I was also impressed by how friendly their crew was and the attention to details (they moved all of my pots from the porch and not a black walnut was to be found after they were finished).
