They are always available with questions I have and answer almost immediately. They never laughed at even my most outrageous questions and really made me safe at every instance of uncertainty. It was my first child and Lauren said and did all the right things during my labor to keep me motivated and positive. Truly blessed to have been in their care. Please give them call especially if you're even slightly considering a home birth; it was beyond a shadow of a doubt the best decision I've ever made.

I had the…read moreparaguard IUD in and were planning to hold off on having another baby for a couple more years. Well the universe had other plans for us. I had gotten pregnant with an IUD in before and when they pulled it, it ended with a miscarriage. I was scared to death that we were going to experience the same thing but much to our surprise our little girl survived the IUD being pulled and everything was looking good at 10 weeks. When we started looking into doctors and birth centers, we quickly realized that our options were pretty limited here in the Springs. I knew I wanted an all natural birth like I had with my first, but I was not liking the idea of being in a hospital. This led us to our midwife search and home birth research. When we found Tiffany she listened to our story and we quickly connected with her, her energy, and all that she shared with us. I walked out and immediately knew she was the one to guide us on this journey! Throughout the rest of my pregnancy she was always available for questions and it was wonderful to be able to send a text and get a response within the hour on whatever it was that I was asking. The last couple of weeks of pregnancy when I was starting to feel crummy and impatient she encouraged me to stay busy and distracted. On the day of delivery she showed up and two and a half hours later our little girl entered the world. She was brilliant and provided relief when I needed it most, made me feel safe and secure, and strong and capable the entire time. Nate and I both received our daughter, a moment that she encouraged and a moment I will never forget! I am so appreciative of everything Tiffany did for us! I not only walked away with a great expereince but with a new friend as well! She will always be a part of a precious memory of ours and I couldn't imagine it any other way! If you are looking for a midwife, look no further, Tiffany is truly amazing at what she does and I trust her whole heartedly!

I want to 1st start by saying my appointment with the ultrasound technican was great. She was…read morenice, friendly, gentle and thorough. Next I had my follow-up shortly afterwards with Roby Nichols to go over the results. That appoint too was great. She showed me the pictures and explained what she saw and we discussed the plan forward. She was friendly and answered my questions and I didn't feel rushed. The reason I am giving this a 3 start instead of 5 stars is once again due to the front desk staff. Definitely some miscommunication & misunderstanding between the customer and the front desk. In addition, I receieved an email about a payment I didn't make but had to leave a msg. It looks like they called me back but didn't leave a msg. The next day I called back and discussed the email and that was resolved but had another chat about asking for payment at time of service when I have insurance to cover it and that I only needed to pay my co-pay; in addition to the fact that I am not a self pay customer. That was something she couldn't really address and had to have the office manager call me back about. I did receive a call back however the conversation with the Office Mgr wasn't very productive. She stated my comment to the receptionist wasn't clear and she got confused b/c she was new! Really? I just stated that I would pay after my insurance was billed. She didn't even collect my co-pay, which I was prepared to pay. The Office manager stated I should have said I have BCBS federal and I only need to pay my co-pay today. Sorry, I wasn't more clear! In our conversation she stated that they don't deal with BCBS Federal very often so the new gal didn't know how to handle it. Really? It's NO different than any other insurance. She stated the co-pay wasn't on the card so she didn't know how much it was. No, it's not b/c it changes every year, but I know what it is b/c I call BCBS each year to see what it is. My mistake for not paying my co-pay! She went on to state I was rude, which I wasn't. I'm sorry you take blunt as rude! I was just stating the fact that I didn't owe anything today but my co-pay. As we chatted about the situation she stated she was confused and basically ended the call. Great Customer Service... NOT!!

I want to start by saying that Dr. Bruebaker is truly exceptional. She delivered my second baby,…read moreand the care she provided was nothing short of a godsend. She listened, she cared, and she made me feel safe during one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life. For that, I will always be grateful. That's why what happened recently has left me absolutely heartbroken. We lost our insurance and were going to be self-pay. I already had an appointment scheduled, and because I'm a high-risk pregnancy and was having severe cramping, I called the office asking if there was any possibility of being seen sooner out of concern for my baby. Hours later, instead of a callback with help or guidance, I received a call saying I was being dropped as a patient. No explanation. Just that I would get a letter. Today, the letter arrived--and all it says is, "I have decided to no longer be your provider." No reason. No clarification. Nothing. I'm devastated. I'm losing a provider I deeply trusted, and for what? Because I lost insurance? Because I still owed $133 that I planned to pay at my appointment? Because policies are changing and patients are quietly being dropped? I've since called around and have been told this practice is dropping more and more insurances and patients, and it feels like those of us in vulnerable situations are the ones paying the price. To make matters worse, I was hospitalized this week at St. Francis for hyperemesis gravidarum, and even when the hospitalist reached out for a consult, the office didn't respond or follow up. I felt abandoned during a time I desperately needed continuity of care. My heart is broken. I had such a positive experience before, and this feels so unfair and unnecessary. If a patient is going to be dropped--especially one who has had a good relationship with the provider--the least that should be offered is transparency. Being vague and "secretive," telling me the letter would explain everything only for it to contain no explanation at all... it's not okay. Patients deserve clarity, especially when their pregnancy and health are involved. I still believe Dr. Bruebaker is a wonderful, gifted provider--but the way this was handled by the office has left me devastated and without answers at one of the most crucial moments of my pregnancy.

So, my wife and I went to her appointment and upon completion of the biopsy, she was told that they would CALL HER with the results in 2 weeks or less and let her know what her options are. My wife specifically told her(the doctor) that she wanted a hysterectomy(she's had female problems since was 6 and is now over 50 with severe bleeding issues) so she doesn't have to deal with her female problems anymore. 2 weeks pass, then 3, then 4. I finally called them and got the run around but eventually someone called and they told us that the doctor had uploaded the results online. What? Wow! She knew we were on pins and needles about these results but had no problem pushing my wife to the side and not following through with what she told us in the examination room! Terrible! What kind of people become caregivers but don't actually care for people... or pick and choose who they're going to give preference to? So, in short, if you've been told that you may have a serious and potentially deadly issue, don't go here because they will leave you unprofessionally, blowing in the wind!
