There have not shown up to work for muliple weeks, and when the do show up it is one or two days and they only get one thing done. Don't fall for the "you need to pay us money at differen phases" and then they don't show up. They claim this doesn't usually happen but they are NOT doing anything to get things done any faster. From the quality of work, to the prices, to the reliability and timeliness of each interaction, Anla was top notch. We also trusted Andrew and team completely and frequently left them alone in our house while they worked on updating both of our upstairs bathrooms. When we had a miscommunication on paint colors, Andrew and team never questioned the outcome, they immediately came back over and repainted the bathroom. To top it off, I also asked Andrew if he could help me to notch out a portion of my basement ceiling to so I could fit something downstairs. This had nothing to do with my bathroom remodel, however Andrew immediately came over with his crew and helped do it at no cost. If you're looking for a remodel, I highly recommend Anla.
