Didn't want to touch anything. They sell a bunch of garbage, clothes are dirty, store looks the…read moresame. It seems like they have a massive warehouse in the back and it's filled. They probably keep all the good stuff and sell the crap. Don't donate to this place. Smells weird, no one greets you upon walking in.

The employees are friendly and helpful. I was looking for a wedding dress last year for cosplay. Asked the west end and got some crank who informed me they are part of the Halloween stuff and refused to look (I was looking for outdated/can be stained). Asked the Heights front desk and they said let me look in back for you. I ended up getting one from the downtown store (Heights didn't have one) who also went in back to look.
