Kenny is a con artist and theif. I wish I would've seen the reviews prior to hiring him. I gave him over 400 dollars to fix my ice maker in my refrigerator. It's been well over a month. He came out several times and never fixed the issue and broke my water dispenser on top of it. He is avoiding my calls and the last two appointments that were scheduled, he never showed up or called for an explanation. Don't ever do business with this guy. He will take your money, damage your property and you'll never hear from him again. read more

I believe this to be a rather sad story. I'm sincerely hoping the gentleman is not laying in a ditch somewhere, but he's gone dark on me. He has no voicemail offered but did call me back the day I reached out. He was able to come by later that day to service my dryer. He diagnosed it, asked for the cost of the parts and a service charge up front, and said he would return the following day or two when the parts arrived and I would owe the balance. I waited 3 business days and started replying to texts that he had sent on the original visit. Nothing. Called, and texted, on day 5, nothing. Texted on day 10...surprise, nothing. Texted on day 14 giving him until today to reply or I would put this very negative experience out there. Still nothing. I sincerely hope he's okay but at this point I'm a victim of a scam of almost $200. Kind of sad. I'm now of the opinion that, regardless of the size of the company, I will no longer pay upfront. Wish I could leave a zero star! Bought a drain pump from him (it didn't mount right) We gave him the part # & he saw the old pump. Kenny Hoedebeck told us he didn't have the money to issue a refund (what business person doesn't have the money to refund a customer?) so he ordered another pump. He is a theif!their! He took my moms $250 cash and her washing machine. He told her he would put a new motor in her machine and it would be better than the new machines because they don't make em like they used to. Weeks went by. He had all kinds of excuses and finally brought her a "loaner" until the work was done. It's been months! This piece of crap loaner is worth maybe $50. Not good is being way too nice. On the ball is nothing but a thief. I needed seals for my refrigerator doors and gave him $300 so he could order them. That was in November. Still no seals.
