Most companies will take the initial charge off of the second visit if a part needs to be ordered. I would not recommend them. Feeling ripped off. The manager did not want to hear what I had to say and kept cutting me off when I would talk. Also seemed when you would call for anything they would never call you back unless it was to hound you for your money after you explain when you are getting paid you will pay them. The store does not take phone calls. You start with a robot and, If you are lucky, get transferred to a call center in another country.
