Called Alex and he came out and looked at my oven and said it needed two springs for oven door and…read morea seal between oven door and oven , he got on phone and said he ordered them, then he looked at my trash compactor and said it needed a switch and he went to his phone and said he ordered them and then he wanted 397.00 dollars which I thought was unusual to want money up front, so I gave him my credit card and he charged 397.00 and then he went and got in his van and sent me another bill for 115.00 setting one my driveway, app. 2 weeks later I ask him if parts had come in and he said parts were in , then a couple days later he said parts for oven in but not for trash compactor and then said he could fix oven and I told him I wanted both of them fix ,then I told him that I was going get my money back from card if he didn't get the fixed, then I was shut off, no more talk from, him. , 2 months later I still don't have my appliances fixed and he will not answer me by phone or text, so he took my 397.00 and ran, I wlould say he is not dependable ,
