And then a week later my husband got nailed by a drunk driver and they would not cover him leaving us thousands and thousands of dollars in debt, because he had his Uber app active. No one had told us that we couldn't have the apps active we were under the impression that they had to just be in use like a passenger in our car. She refused to reopen my policy to update my information. I was given false information and she was rude, made me go to the dmv 2 times for nothing.
