I am very disappointed with the way my insurance claim has been handled. my claim # 017742319 and…read morei have been a loyal customer for long time . I filed my claim on March 21 after my vehicle was damaged in an accident. The frame of my vehicle was damaged and needs to be replaced. Although the repair was approved, the process has now taken more than four months, and I have been told it could take over six months because the replacement frame has still not arrived. No one can tell me when the part will be available. My insurance company has already spent more than $20,000 on repairs, yet they still refuse to declare my vehicle a total loss. Instead, I have been left waiting indefinitely with no clear timeline or solution. Every time I contact my insurance company, the representatives only give me excuses instead of real answers or solutions. I understand that parts can be delayed, but after four months, I expect my insurance company to do more than simply ask me to keep waiting. I spoke With Isabel Bolanos , Randy Navarro and Gabriel Romero, and nobody did any good For me. During this entire time, I have continued paying my monthly insurance premium for a vehicle that has been sitting in the repair shop. I am also still making my monthly lease payments on a vehicle that I have not been able to drive. I expected my insurance company to support me during a difficult situation, but instead I have experienced poor communication, a lack of accountability, and no meaningful effort to resolve my claim. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this company based on how my claim has been handled. I am asking my insurance company to provide a fair and reasonable resolution. If my vehicle cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe due to unavailable parts, they should seriously reconsider declaring it a total loss instead of leaving me without my vehicle for months while I continue paying for it.

Following my previous review (dated 7/11/25), I was contacted by Michael Fusco, who expressed that…read morehe didn't believe I was being "fair" to his staff. I took the time to explain, in detail, where the service had fallen short. While he initially interrupted me several times, he eventually allowed himself to listen and expressed empathy - ultimately agreeing with my concerns - he made an unprofessional comment about one of his own employees that I won't repeat here out of respect for that individual's dignity. During the call, he asked whether I coach or facilitate people in his position. I declined to engage further and offered to refer him elsewhere, as I had no desire to continue doing business with this organization in any capacity. Michael said he would personally handle my cancellation and sent me DocuSign documents to finalize it. He followed up via both email and text to confirm receipt. Unfortunately, several hours later, I received an unsolicited package at my home address - an address I had only provided for business purposes. This felt unprofessional at best and unsettling at worst. Today, I received another text from Michael's personal phone number, stating he had not received my cancellation forms, despite confirming their receipt in a previous message. I reiterated that he had already acknowledged receiving them, asked him not to send anything further to my home, and requested that all future communication be handled via email only. His response: he now had received the forms (again, contrary to the text he'd just sent), and that he would no longer keep me "informed." He then added a sarcastic remark questioning my knowledge of how an LPR works, referencing the industry he believes I work in. I again asked him to stop texting me. Shortly after, I noticed he had viewed my LinkedIn profile - further blurring the line between professional correspondence and invasive behavior. I'm writing this update because I now feel harassed. Despite my repeated, explicit requests to limit communication to email and to respect my privacy, those boundaries have not been honored. This has shifted from a poor customer service experience to something that feels personally invasive and aggressive. Please beware. I sincerely hope no other customer is made to feel this way.

The customer service, whether dealing directly with Pat or anyone in his office, is absolutely the best of the best. I've had to make a couple claims and Pat handled them so quickly and perfectly. I almost didn't have to do anything to get them taken care of. Pat also continues to keep in touch to do policy reviews to see where we can save money, or to make sure we have the correct coverage. He is honest and direct and I always appreciate the personal approach he takes to making sure we get what we need and want. When I was a Realtor I also referred clients to Pat. They were all exceptionally happy with Pat and his team. I can't imagine any other insurance agent or company that I trust more. I recommend them 100%.

Let me tell you what great insurance looks like. Feels like. Acts like…read more Friday, April 7, 2017. I totaled my baby. My 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix with the heated leather seats, dual exhaust, high gloss metallic charcoal gray paint job that shinned even when covered with dust and seagull poop and an engine that at 167,000 miles, still got 37 mph highway and purred like a kitten. I had been driving, pampering and loving this car since 2009. Totally my fault as I rear-ended a young kid on the 5 North in stop and go traffic. I freaked. At 52 years old, this was my first car accident. Even though I could not have been going more than 15 mph it sounded like I had slammed into a brick wall going 100 mph. What your mind does to you even in the smallest of collisions is something else. I still remember watching in slow motion as my hood bent up and I thought it was gonna come through my windshield. After checking to make everyone was okay, I immediately called Pat's office. I mean, panicked, I did not know what else to do. Do I call the police? How do I get or give insurance information? Again, in a panic, all good sense left me. There is no class for this stuff. Yeny answered the phone and immediately heard my panic. She asked if I had done this or that. Poor thing, She got an ear full. I didn't know what this or that was or that it needed to be done. I let her know that whatever happened next, it would be because she told me to do it because I had nothing. I don't know how she calmed me down enough to hear her instructions, but she did. She bypassed all that "write stuff down" bullshit because she must have known that I wouldn't have been able to find a ink pen if I had hit an ink pen truck and merchandise was all over the hood of my car. She told me to take my phone and take pictures of the cars, the driver, his ID, his insurance. That's it. She told me that she would take care of the rest. I still have no clue of what the rest is. I don't need to. Pat told me that that is he and Yeny's job. All of the stuff that was included with my policy? I couldn't hear any of that. Was I covered for all that just happened? Of course I was. Pat Moore had previously sat down with me and made sure of that. But at the moment, none of that mattered. There was a young Latino man and his girlfriend, my God they couldn't have been more than 20, who did nothing wrong but drive in front of me who needed my help getting their rear bumper back onto their car so that they could drive safely. No tow trucks were needed and there were no injuries. Thank God. But in the moment, when I had no clue of what to do next, it was my insurance agent and his office who came through and got me through a very awful time in my life. I can't imagine what I would have done if a recording had answered the phone and directed me to press numbers to get to where I did not know I needed to go. Today, my car has been totaled and the insurance pay out is actually more than I expected. Along with loss of use, who ever heard of that before? I have more than enough to make a sizeable down payment on a pretty new vehicle with pretty low monthly payments. I even have enough to buy a car outright, but I think I want to get a newer lower mileage vehicle that I will get another 9 years out of.

My insurances rates were also increased on top of this... I had a change in my debit card due to fraud And because of this I received a new card. I called in to manually make the payment and inform Allstate of the change in card info. Also to confirm I would not be charged twice. I was told everything was fine and not to worry. Subsequently I was told I was being removed from auto pay due to 2 returned payments and would now need to make accelerated payments and there was nothing they could do once their systems had already flagged me as a returned payment. Of course I had enough and requested a cancellation of my policy and immediately secured insurance elsewhere for half the price. I was shocked to discover how much I was over paying. Just today I got an email saying my policy was successfully cancelled and I would be charged a prorated amount for the waiting period of my new insurance provider to kick in??? I'm so annoyed by the money hungry customer service provided by this office. How are u gonna tell me I'm not insured if I don't pay and then go back and try to charge me after I have already requested cancellation of such HORRIBLE SERVICE! on top of that the manager Michelle orozco threaded to send me to collections if I don't pay which is against FDCPA rules of collections. Customers beware... I will be filing a formal complaint w the better business bureau. Have a blessed day. Good riddance.
