This company installed a 6' vinyl fence at my home 2 years ago and all was fine...last winter…read moreduring a wind storm, 2 of the vertical posts started to lean back...and were about to fall. I contacted the company and they responded and sent a repair man out...all he did was shove concrete and stones down the hole while pushing the post back into a vertical position and I was charged $200 for the response and supposed repair...this year once again, because the repair was not done properly, during a windstorm 2 sections of the fence fell and the post that had the concrete/stones pushed down to support it fell and broke...now they want $750 to repair the fence...all it needs is one vertical post all other sections are still good and not broken...I asked if they would reduce the cost to $500 and they refused, saying the $750 was a firm price. I'm sorry, but if they would have repaired the fence properly in the first place by resetting the concrete and post, this wouldn't have happened. I would not recommend them again for any type of repair. I'm still open to hearing from them to work out a repair but not for $750. And I'm willing to update my review if this happens. VP Patchogue

Recently RFC Fence completed their third fencing project at my home. I had gone to other fence…read morecompanies, and compared quality and prices. Price without quality is no bargain. Another well-known fence company who claimed they were the cheapest, gave me a much higher estimate. But their "cedar" fence used spruce horizontal supports, after they said their fences were "100% cedar". RFC Fence uses ALL cedar components, plus stainless steel screws, not galvanized, which leave those ugly black streaks. Wilson and his crew are true professionals; they have obviously been working together a long time, as everything goes smoothly. I had fencing all around the perimeter of my property, plus a smaller border fence, and a surround for my garbage pails. All beautifully done, on time, as promised. Quality fencing, great workmanship, and a beautiful result that will last for years--it was a pleasure having RFC Fence do what they do best. My only regret is that they won't be back---we're done!
