Took 2 days to complete since they brought the wrong gates the first day. Fast forward, I continued to lose the fence caps since they failed to glue them down. It took weeks of attempts to get in contact with the company. One of the gate latches dented as well. Company did come and fix latch, left it scratched but did fix it.... As for the caps they replaced the missing ones and claimed they glued them down. Additionally, the job was completed 2 months ago and I still don't have a documented receipt of the work done. The company fails to communicate and send over that information which is vital for a homeowner/customer. This is exhausting having the stress of having to contact the company with no response. Makes me question the company's work ethic.
