Great fence, personal service, lots of communication! I had a fence installed a few weeks ago, best quote and great service.

First off, the guys that came to do the work were amazing. They did a great job, advised me of gaps that would be under the gate, I was made aware and understood. I am going to try and resolve those myself. While they are working, they utilize the water and electric of the homeowner. They blew a circuit from one of my outdoor outlets. It ended up blowing out one of my breakers and I had to call an electrician to fix it. The owner/mgr called to ask how the job was and I gave praise for the work and just advised that I had to call an electrician. I explained it cost about $175 to fix and that the electrician said the breakers were old but it was probably something that short-circuited. In the receipt he even stated there was heavy water damage in the panel, which obviously happened before I bought the house. I never had a flood. I use computers all day since I work from home. I also have window air conditioners, washer, dryer, etc. I have had get togethers and used that same outside outlet multiple times. Never had an issue. Jay from Priority Fence immediately got on the defensive and basically berated me for having an 'old decrepit' electric panel. I explained I have been here for 5 years and never had an issue. All I did was what he asked and that was to explain how the job went. I don't need to be spoken to like I personally destroyed the electric panel and am blaming his company for a blown breaker. It was working before they used it, and it wasn't while they were working. That's it. These companies seem to forget the basics of customer service and speaking to customers that paid almost $10K in hard earned cash with some sort of dignity and respect. All he had to say was, "I'm sorry, if the damage is due to negligence of my workers, we will take responsibility. By allowing us to use your utilities, you agree that any damages are your responsibility." That's it! I would have understood. $175 out of a $10K isn't a deal breaker for either parties. I didn't demand for them to pay the bill and I wasn't upset. I was actually so happy that my yard is now fully fenced in and my dogs can run around with me fearing they might escape. Yelling at and making a customer feel like crap is not the way to treat anyone, especially if they aren't complaining or angry. I had recommended them for a friend that has an acre of land that needed a fence. That unfortunately changes. It's not about the money, it's just about speaking correctly to customers. read more

We love our fencing! Tommy was a pleasure to work with and VERY responsive. Tommy knew we were getting the fencing done for the safety our dog and he made sure the installers knew this. The installers were hard workers and arrived on time. Not only did they install new fencing they also removed our old crappy chain link fence to expose our neighbors pvc fencing. They also fixed and secured our fence that faces the woods. After the job was done they cleaned up and coming from someone that is OCD I couldn't thank them enough. After years of having a portion of my yard fenced in by mismatched stockade, PVC and chain link, it was time to fix it. I called so many people, some prices were crazy with lead times up to 4-6 weeks. And, honestly, some a little cheaper but Priority offered a 30 year warranty and literally scheduled and replaced my fence less than a week after Joe the Measurer visited my house. I was nervous about how it would transition with the fence along the remaining borders of my property. used this company to do the fence around my whole property. I spent a lot of money using them. I called this year (a few years after my installation) because one of my post and a section of fence was broken, I called to see if I could get someone out to look at it, they said to email pictures. I did as they asked and a few days go by that turned into weeks and never heard from them. After I call again they said it was their busy season and they will get around to it when they can and hung up. I understand that June is busy for a fence company but they were nasty about it and it is now the end of August and nobody has checked on my fence. I was willing to pay whatever I had to but they just did not care about the customer anymore since they already had my money. read more

As a first time home owner looking to install a fence around my huge 1/3 acre backyard, I was very nervous about choosing the right company to work with. I had read and heard horror stories of improperly installed fences, cheap materials, bad customer service, etc. so I knew I had to be careful who I chose to work with. I read every single review online across multiple sites, of the companies that I considered hiring. I also researched extensively on how to properly install fences and fence accessories so I could make sure whoever I hired did the job correctly. After a ton of research and estimates from 3 companies, I decided to go with Priority Fence and I am so glad I did. Their price was very fair compared to the other companies and they were very honest about what they could do and how they would do it. I am extremely happy with my decision because my fence turned out beautifully! They use great material - 100% virgin PVC made in the USA, their in-house installation team (they do not contract out) was on time, polite, and extremely hardworking even in 95 degree heat! They diligently installed everything the correct way and did not take easy shortcuts. I was very specific about what I wanted to achieve and what my concerns were - and they did everything I asked for even though it couldn't have been easy. In one area, they had to literally squeeze in between my neighbor's chain link and my grape arbor. I have multiple trees and tree/bush roots along the property line and they still managed to keep the fence all inside my property even though it meant removing some thick roots. My property is on a hill and they did an excellent job keeping the fence straight while still keeping the fence poles secure and solid. They are also great with customer service - they were very patient with me through all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. Let me just begin by saying this company is top notch. They were the first estimate we got, and after wasting our time getting 5 other estimates we chose Priority Fence. They are very professional, very reasonable price, they installed within a week, they do everything the way you want it, very courteous and neat, great customer service, they worked from morning till night to get job done in 1 day! They didn't rush either, made sure everything was perfect. We had an entire wooden fence replaced in a nice size yard, and we were amazed how they went above and beyond our expectations! We called around for a few estimates and Priority fence was one of them. Well to start off with he was about 45 minutes late for the estimate with no phone call. But we looked past that. explained what we wanted, he took measurements and said he would get back to us with the price. A few days go by and no call so we call them and are told they're still working on the price. Mind you it was not some huge complicated job so not really sure what would take so long. Finally he calls back and says that he feels we're "going to be meticulous and want it to be perfect" (duh! Who wouldn't??) so they're going to pass on this job but gave us some other guys number! Then at the end has the nerve to say "But give us a call if you ever need anything else!" Uh....NO! Horribly unprofessional. ***In response to your comment, we needed a fence, you're a fence company, how could you not be suited for our fencing needs?
