He listened to everything I had to say, and he answered all my questions. He explained the process in simple-to-understand detail and also left a printed sheet with more information on it. I like that he did not speak "down" to me. He seems to be a very intelligent person and a caring individual. The price, imo, was extremely reasonable because he sprayed outside and inside my house. We hired Guardian to treat our brand-new apartment for ants. Unfortunately, the technician used…read moreequipment that had not been properly cleaned, causing the spray to leave drip lines and stains all over our freshly painted walls, the floor, doors and cabinetry. To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments.
