I do appreciate that the owner was always willing to make things right, which says a lot about their commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, I reached a point where I couldn't continue trusting that I would leave happy. My biggest frustration was with the lack of professional accountability from some stylists. If a result doesn't look good, it should be acknowledged and addressed rather than pretending everything is fine. My gel Polish is perfectly & thinly brushed on my finger nails. My toes feel and look happy. My pedicure included a foot massage and callous removal, I received a nice back & shoulder massage after my finger nails were done. The salon is clean, bright and cheerful. They line the pedicure sinks which I've grown to love (just guarantees that your water will be sanitary), they sanitize the tools. Also super nice was the music they played inside the salon.
