I arrived, filled out the pre-requisite paperwork, then met my masseuse David - from the start he was incredibly professional. Asking relevant questions about my health history and experience with massage to-date. I was able to explain to him my preferences and he confirmed exactly what I was looking for before he got started. He then checked in with me a few times throughout the session to ensure I wasn't feeling any pain, and that I was comfortable.
