They are very unprofessional. I had a higher end alarm installed($400+) and they half assed everything. The trunk button doesn't work, the car doesn't beep once the button is pressed to lock. The alarm is suppose to sense when the car is impacted all around and doesn't at all. If a door is opened on the car while the alarm is on nothing happens. They half ass everything. Find a better company. DISAPPOINTING service. read more

They installed a couple speakers for me a couple years ago and the service was good. I purchased a new home soon after, called them up again, and noticed something had changed. They missed appointments repeatedly, provided very lazy and unprofessional assessments when they did show, finally failing to show at all. I just assumed they were too busy. I recommended them to others, all complaining of these guys not returning calls, failing to show for jobs, etc. I have had it with these guys, I don't know what happened but it is a miracle they're still in business at this rate. read more

I have used "on the go audio" for many years. I thought they have done an excellent job for me. Since the original owner Jeff have left the business to his son it really took a dump for me. My original back up camera and stereo for my truck went bad. I purchased a new back up camera and On the go audio hooked it up wrong. Jeff's son said he would fix it and never did. Also, I also had an expensive sound system installed in my side by side. Later I added a intercom system. When the dash was pulled out to find a messy rats nest of wires that had to be redone. I know they are over prices but always thought they did good work and was willing to pay for that. I was wrong. I was going to have them install a camera system in my new house but they were 3 times the price of their competitor. I have used "on the go audio" since they opened their doors. I have spent thousands of dollars with them. The customer service and follow through has taken a dump. I hope the son (Issac) figures out the meaning of customer service. read more

This business is not neighborhood friendly! I am a local resident. This business allows their telephone to ring loudly all through the neighborhood. Just like another person's cell phone ringing in your ear. I have asked them to use a blue tooth to keep the phone from ringing loudly. They said they could not do that. This company installed a surveillance camera system at my house about 2 years ago to the tune of about $3700. The system is pretty good, although over priced. My issue is that once it was all installed they were unable to connect the remote system due to me having Hughesnet and Hughesnet not having open outgoing ports. They assured me I could remotely view the system from my cell phone. So I periodically called On The Go to see if that had changed. In two years, they answered their phones twice. Once I spoke to a tech who informed me Hughesnet still did not have any open ports. The 2nd time was recent and I spoke to the owner's son - I explained to him I switched internet providers and I now have Verizon. He asked me to text him my address and he would let me know in the next week or so when they would be out in my area. I texted him my info. He has failed to respond. They don't answer their phones or return messages left on their vm. I tried to call the owner on his cell and received a generic recording, which doesn't even have his name or business name on the recording. This is horrible customer service. I don't know know how people stay in business this way. read more

After weeks and weeks of trying to figure out the bluetooth on my $900 head unit, and having to drive and drop off my vehicle 6 times and leaving it for a length of 6-8 hours each time, they could not figure it out and decided to give me SOME of my money back. I have all the equipment and wires for my sub and amp I just need someone that knows how to wire it wire me up. so I gave them a call and he told me I would need 150$ in additional parts and the total would be 550$ ... 400$ in labor is fucking insane for someone to just wire me up. I called la stereo and they said they could wire me up for 100$ I asked if my steering wheel controls would still work he said as long as they work now they'll work after the wire up. These guys lied to me saying I needed additional parts for my other controls to still work. I took my car here about 5-6 years ago and it was overpriced but they did a good job. But now I'm being lied too saying I need additional parts which wouldn't make any sense anyways, just wire the system into the current radio system. I told them that's just too much and hung up . Wouldn't suggest these guys . Other stores are way cheaper and more honest. I just can't believe I was lied too like I'm a dumbass or something . read more

I went to him one time and he was very nice, showed me his demo truck and decided to shop else ware due to cost of equipment and the lack of wanting to sell me something in my price range at the time. However I decided to go back and try them again and that is when I had the problems. I have been in the car audio scene for a few years and there are some company's who make knock off products that are hard to tell if they are (fake) or real unless you look at the products and he told me (Why do you need to see it if it's going to be hidden behind the door). I said the reason I ask is there are company's out there who make fake products and ruin good company's do you mind if I look and if I open up the box you half to take them. So I said no what can show me and he said I have some kicker DS speaker from $299 I can show you. (Ok they are $112 on the Internet. On the Go Audio is a commercial business located by a residential apartment complex. They have decided to place their phone calls on high volume so the whole neighborhood hears them. I have asked them to use a blue tooth or some other way to receive their phone calls. They also test their stereo equipment above a peaceful means. I have told them I am a residential neighbor and if they would cooperate; they refused. I am surprised this business knowing how to wire a stereo cannot arrange their business on a more professional level. If a neighbor is not treated with respect, what do customers expect. NOT SATISIFIED. I have tried since May 2013 to get my work completed (it is Dec 31, 2013). Now I cant even get them to respond. They can call me, e-mail me, send me a letter, fax me, anything - something just dont ignore me. I paid for service and I did not get what I paid for. Make sure to REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT. DONT SIGN IT UNTIL EVERYTHING YOU WANT IS CLEAR. Do not sign the satisfactory completed area until you get EVERYTHING no matter how small, that they promise they will "finish" later. Apparently they take care of the higher paying customers first. Dont pay them until the work is finished either. Once you pay, they have no reason to contact you or finish the job. i paid on the go audio over 3000,00 dollars to install a camera system at my home. after 4 weeks i started having trouble with the system and tried to call for service, after 3 months of trying to get a hold of the company and not getting a call back or a text message i guess i will have to call another company to come and fix the system that does not work at all. i hope you will not use these people they will take your money and never call you back when you have a problem. good luck. buyer be ware. read more
