That the lab said I did not have enough blood to do all the tests so I would need to come back in I went in this time it was a different lady and it was not so quick but she drew my blood for the second time I even asked her does this happen because not having a enough blood seemed odd she said yes sometimes I leave and receive my labs results next day so they results were forwarded to my doctor so that I could be cleared for surgery I get a email saying that my HIV test was missing so I review the copy sent to me and not only was it not completed but the paper work says that my blood from the original blood draw could not be used because "specimen received in a unspun tube not compliant with the tube manufacturer" so I was lied to and someone dropped the ball in the office that drew my blood I call the lab I believe in Austin the number was on my paper work and they did confirm that the HIV test was not even requested I call back to any lab and ask why the HIV test wasn't preformed and was told the male receptionist said I told him I did not need it WHAT never did I say that The lady on the phone said she noticed it on the document I gave them but when she asked him (INSTEAD OF ME) he said I didn't need it I asked for supervisor because im pissed and my results are suppose to be to my doctor that day The lady says if can come back in to get my blood drawn she will have the lab run the test so I inform her they still have my blood so just put in the request ( I confirmed with the lab already) So maybe about 5 minutes later a manager calls asking what he can do I asked if he could put a rush on it because I needed them same day he says he can't Offers a refund which I still haven't received and to complete the HIV test for free Oh I forgot I wasn't even charged for it which was pointed out to me and I was also told I should have looked at my receipt THAT I NEVER GOT Then the manger precedes to tell me the male receptionist said I did not want it and again I said I only told him I did not need the COVID test because I had already taken a test The manager said he would call my surgeon to take responsibility for the error which was never done because you know what happen MY SURGRY WAS CANCELED F this place and I better receive a refund fast or I will dispute the transaction with my bank

If your needs don't fit one of the boxes you're out of luck. Back to the child. There's just no reason for this to be so traumatic. I bring my own numbing spray because I have difficult veins. I had to do it myself. There are no sono machines for those of us who have difficult veins. A smile from the staff would have gone a long way.

The brochure has a telephone to make an appointment but only goes to a third party vendor to sell medical stuff. Never connects to make an appointment. This is "bait and switch". 4. Staff is rude. 5. Medical providers who use them are either uninformed, oblivious or don't care due to cheap prices, no doubt. 6. Even need an appointment to drop off physician ordered and approved urine sample. No draw or production required. 7. No humans available in office to help or explain any of this.

The woman Yvonne who works at the back office comes up and tries to do both but tells another patient that needs blood drawn at a specific time that they're short handed and SHE needs to come to the back to get someone to tell them she needs her blood drawn that it's her responsibility. I find that crazy that the patient has to go find someone who works here to do what they need to do. Actually very ghetto facility, staff, and clearly management. Also they're fed up it's not even 9:30 and the employees are all burnt out stating they're tired and they're obviously not loving their job let alone liking it. This was a quick, easy, and surprisingly smooth for a lab visit. I had previously made an…read moreappointment online which was relatively easy and very user friendly. I checked in, waited only a few minutes. The check in process is pretty straightforward on a screen which prompts you to scan your ID, and lets you know how long of a wait time you have. The phlebotomist was professional and gentle. I have gotten faint and lightheaded during previous appointments and my veins move around. When I shared this with the phlebotomist, she recommended that I lay down rather than sit up during the blood draw. The blood draw was quick which I really appreciated. The office was clean and the whole process felt organized and efficient. Pro tip: make an appointment if you can because it definitely speeds things up. Also, don't forget to bring an ID. Overall, a great experience for something most people usually dread. I definitely will return to this location next year for my annual labs again.

What an adventure, I had this morning!…read more With the close of the year, I scheduled the last of my appointments. This was my first and it was scheduled for 8 a.m. From the time I checked in, my wait was probably, maybe, first minutes. The lady (black w/ dreads), called me into room "0" and before giving me a pleasant greeting; she asked if I had my paper orders or if they were emailed. Well, hey, good morning to you, too! The order was sent to them by my employer, I didn't need to personally email them; they already had the order in their system. Before doing anything else, she asked me to go back out into the lobby and email the orders to them (the email address, was on the wall). Within two minutes, I emailed it over and expected her to come back out to complete my appointment. Nope! I sat there for another 30 minutes. A wonderful young lady (long black hair) noticed I had been sitting there for a bit and asked what was going on. Keep in mind, the same lady who initially called me back, continued to call people back, as I waited. Not once, did she acknowledge me or let me know she would be with me shortly. The young lady, who asked about my visit found my information and was the one who took care of me. Come to find out, I didn't need to email anything, everything they needed, was already there. I assumed, the dread lady had a rough start to her morning and her lack of professionalism showed that. I get my labs done every three months, but I always visit the Bedford location. I will not visit this location again; I'll stay with Bedford, they're always impeccable when it comes to their level of professionalism. I applaud the young lady with the long black hair, after learning of the way I was treated, she took over and saved the day!
