I purchased a condo in the western suburbs of Chicago. Marked missed two important issues. 1) The dryer vents back into the unit. I'm not sure how he overlooked the hot air blowing at his feet. 2) The master bathroom shower does not drain. Almost a complete blockage. The association's maintenance department is unable to address either problem. The fixes will be frustrating and not cheap. read more

We asked this service to come to our home to check for radon. Our home is older and it is a fear for some of the homeowners in our neighborhood. When I called the owner answered. He was very professional on the phone and assured me someone would come out and gave us a time. The young man showed up at the appointed time. I asked if he would wear a mask and he did that as well as removing his shoes. We have nice wooden floors and I really appreciated that. After plugging in the radon machine he explained what would happen and when they would be back to pick up the machine. As it happened, we wouldn't be home on that date so they worked with us. Mark came to pick up the machine and let me see the reading. Not good. He explained the remediation process and gave me names of companies able to do that. I am very happy with the service I got. I found them to be professional and knowledgeable about their business. In fact, I recommended them to a neighbor who is worried about radon in her house. read more

Very unprofessional and uneducated. Put our family's health at risk. Does not know how to access attic if you have more than one access panel. Crappy GFI tester that anyone can buy down the street that didn't work. Lose screw means broken. Doesn't know real brick vs firebrick panels. DO NOT LEAVE ALONE IN YOUR HOME OR POTENTIAL HOME unless you want fiberglass insulation everywhere in every nook and cranny. read more
