On the Mark Management are the epitome of property management in the Connecticut area. I've had the pleasure of working with Mark and his son, Jaspur, on many occasion. Attention to detail is lacking(severely). Accounting for payments made is suspect. They use a bank way, way out west for processing payments and they do not accept commercial accounts, only personal accounts so keep that in mind if you are owning property as an investment. read more

I would rate 0 stars if possible. This company manages our condo and it has been nothing short of a nightmare working with them. They collect their fees, but do not do much work around here. Personally we have had gutter and tree damage on our property, and to get them to do anything has been like pulling teeth. I would avoid any property that they service or you might regret your purchase. read more

the absolute worst. unprofessional, unresponsive and just flat out bad. they have been fired. edit in response, to more OTMM lies: OTMM was repeatedly warned over the years that, their absolute failures would result in the long overdue termination of the contract; including and not limited to a one on on meeting between the board and Mark. On the Mark Management has taken over managing our condo complex, Gardens at Summerfield, and has done a fantastic job! When I called to be sure that we were up-to-date, the staff was not just professional but also friendly. The grounds have never looked so good, and Kevin keeps us all in the loop with detailed emails whether it be about scheduled meetings or happens around the neighborhood. BEWARE BEWARE !!! These guys are an example of how NOT to run a property management business . I live in Center walk in Milford , a condo that they "manage". I've had more problems with these guys and I'm not even an owner I'm a tenant. most recently { this morning} the landscapers (that they obviously manage} come here and blow all of the crap (rocks, dirt, leaves, mud} onto everybody's vehicle and they don't give us any notice, they don't post something telling people they should move their cars, no email, no call---obviously that is just asking way to much of these clowns. they don't do anything they let it happen. I took photos of it 3 weeks ago when it happened THE FIRST TIME- I sent an email to the owner with pics, i called him 2x, and do you think they called back? they don't even give the courtesy of a return call. i had just had my car detailed and had to get the exterior done again($40) Guess what happened today????? you guessed right, SAME BS. So i drove to his office and we had some words---and you know what he said" I DONT CARE, CALL THE ASSOCIATION, THATS WHAT The OWNER OF ON THE MARK, {Marc leiberman) SAID TO ME. He doesn't give a shit the problem happened again today once again . I mean something as simple as posting a simple notice a few days before they're going to do their work so that we can move our cars is asking way too much of him in his opinion. The elevator almost blew up the building last year there was a fire alarm and smoke coming out of the elevator at 12 noon I called the property management company and told them there was smaoke and the fire alarm was on, they said they would make the call right away. I came back three hours later the alarm was still going off and now there was a lot more smoke coming out of the elevator I once again called the property management company and once again they said they would call. I waited 15 minutes I didn't hear any help coming so I called 911 the fire department came immediately, the elevator was on fire the oil pit at the bottom and the fire chief said that it was 15 minutes away from exploding. Do you think the property manager called 911 the first time I called them? NO. how about the second time I called them, NO they didn't they didn't call anybody besides otis and that's a proven undisputable fact.did i get a thank you for doing their job, hell no. had they once again not been grossly incompetent and called at noon, the ENTIRE BUILDING WOULDNT HAVE BEEN EVACUA NIGHT. We have a dog friendly building and they were putting the toxic salt down which is very very bad to the dog's feet and bodies. So what was the solution to that very simply problem? you use dog friendly salt which is cheap and readily available, yet it took 2 months just to get that taken care of. You see these are the things that property managers are supposed to take care of , what they make their money doing, they are supposed to care about but they don't give two shits about anything besides their bottom line. I would think long and hard before ever considering hiring these guys to manage anything, as one hand never has a clue as to what the other is doing. what the correct name of their business should be is OFF THE MARK Property Management because there's nothing at all that's on the Mark about these guys or the lack of service they provide. Mark is a phenomenal Realtor, he is courteous,attentive and quick to respond,he goes out of his way for you. Approximately 10 units at our address went on the market at the same time Mark had our sale pending in 34 days! We we closed shortly after that.
