Personally, I've made a vow to never succumb...I will always love the smell, feel and touch of a "real" book in my hands. For me, there's nothing better than turning page after page without a click or a swipe...it's all about the real deal. I love perusing the aisles as I check out the latest from my fav authors, cookbooks, magazines and more as I plot my purchases. The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is happy and relaxed; and you may hear a giggle or two of kids in the back as they're being read one of their favorite stories. As an added bonus there's a B&N Café inside that features a variety of Starbucks coffees and beverages. It's the perfect place to meet up with friends, your book club, or whoever for a cup of joe and some eats!

What I enjoy most with the company is that they offer a wide range of choice and options that work with a range of budgets. I also enjoy the flexible product offerings. Kepple's works with many manufacturers; often I will see something online and they will provide me with a sample even if it is not in their showroom. What I consider most important however is the relationship that I have built with the company. Sometimes unforeseen issues arise with any remodel regardless of the company. Kepple's has always addressed every one of my concerns with true fortitude and expedience. Remodeling your home or business can be hectic and challenging. If he comes back call 911. He's a FN ahole. On and on. Evidently right before I walked in another customer walked out complaining about their practices. (I did not see this first hand) As I'm looking through the records he (the owner) starts engaging with another customer about a prospective employer for the customer. You don't wanna work for him. He's an ahole. He's a fn liar. He'll tell you one thing and then do another. On and on. I was right in front of him and said "tell me how you really feel" to which he looked shocked and then concerned that I might know the individual in question. Final straw was when he made a crack about his employee being a lesbian. Of I were her I would've knocked the crap out of him then and there. There are plenty of jobs out there.
