I had a car with a sucky cd player so I was buying cassettes (very cheap) and on the way out, since it was near the holiday, he gave me a Frank Sinatra Christmas cassette on the house. He was that kind of guy. This past year he unfortunately passed away and the store is closed. May he RIP.

(I did not see this first hand) As I'm looking through the records he (the owner) starts engaging with another customer about a prospective employer for the customer. You don't wanna work for him. He's an ahole. He's a fn liar. He'll tell you one thing and then do another. On and on. I was right in front of him and said "tell me how you really feel" to which he looked shocked and then concerned that I might know the individual in question. Final straw was when he made a crack about his employee being a lesbian. Of I were her I would've knocked the crap out of him then and there. There are plenty of jobs out there. He had no idea who I was or who I knew. Wrong way to run a business. I will not be back.

Found them through a FB post. I've past the store hundred of times and never knew they sold…read morerecords, always thought it was music instruments and equipment only. Anyway... They posted an ad for a sale on CDs. I responded back asking if they had any vinyl for sale and when they said yes, I decided to pay them a visit. Walking in you're greeted with exactly what I thought the store was. A musical equipment store. I saw a rack of records and as I walked to it, a rep came over to ask if I needed help. When I said I was interested in the records he said I was welcome to look at that rack but I probably wanted to look upstairs. He led the way upstairs and through a maze into a huge room with wall to wall racks of records!! Turns out I wasn't crazy, the record "store" is a new venture. They are just launching. But back to my visit. Wall to wall racks of records! I started at the far corner and worked my way through all the racks. Every genre was there! Even country which you never see. The bins were well marked and actually had what was listed. Everything was alphabetical! I worked my way around grabbing an album here and there. After a little over an hour of looking I headed to the register. While most of the records were priced, there were a few that weren't and the clerk quickly looked them up and gave me more than fair pricing on them. In just over an hour I added a couple of dozen records to the collection for a heck of a great price. Overall, very helpful and friendly staff. Very good selection of music (they have CDs, Dvds, and cassettes as well but I was there for vinyl so I didn't really look at those). Great prices. I found out after paying I came through the wrong door and their entrance door is actually in the back of the building. (I know for next time) I will definitely be back!

The new owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and are curating quite a deep selection of desirable discs, all impeccably organized and labeled. Best yet, these labels show not only the standard quality grades but also other important details. As I walked in they were just putting out a large batch of immaculate Japanese pressings of 70s and 80s rock and jazz recordings, all in NM condition complete with obi bands. As I'm primarily interested in sound quality, I was truly in heaven. And it gets better... I was able to audition all my potential purchases on their quite decent system, all of which I bought, and they sound flawless on my very high resolution system. Note: the prices marked seemed very fair (Japanese imports in NM condition are normally very pricey) but I my case they discounted the price considerably because I bought three albums.

His store and selection are second to none and he has given me some amazing deals, many of which I am proud to have as part of my collection. Steve also has CDs, DVDs, cassettes, 8-tracks and more. I have just recently bought a Blu-ray player and have bought several CDs off Steve that you cannot get on vinyl so now i have the best of both worlds. Oh and I forgot to mention Steve's prices are like Crazy Eddie, they are insane! If you have never been here you must stop by you will thank me later. The greatest things about this store is the great prices. A lot of fairly new records and very vintage records at an affordable cost. The customer service is great and the owner is very friendly to customers. I recommend if you have time one day after work or on a weekend you stop in and check it out. This store is also great for audio equipment, especially if you like guitars and guitar equipment.

There was a solo guitar player performing acoustic songs. A lot of traffic during the grand opening and many folks stopping in while strolling by the store. Seems to be some buzz around the place.
