"Refused Drinks: She flat-out refused to make a piña colada, stating she didn't have time for that either. When we showed Heather, her response was incredibly irresponsible: She just took the plate and tossed it in the tub. She never even looked at the piece of metal. She failed to notify management or the kitchen, doing absolutely nothing to ensure other customers weren't eating contaminated food. The Bill The only reason this isn't a zero-star review is that they didn't charge my friend for her wrong soda, the incorrectly described dish, or the dish containing the metal. However, a waived bill does not make up for hostile service and a severe health hazard. Management needs to address Heather's attitude and their kitchen safety protocols immediately. The server was a teenage boy who wasn't very attentive and it took one of the locals to get his attention to pay attention to our table. We ordered right away and settled in with talk with the locals as we've grown up coming down to the area for floats among other things. The food was your basic food, it was nice and hot and filled you up. If you want refills, keep on the teenage boy because it took him time to get to us to check up on us too - and there was only one other table of 4 there. I will certainly be back when in the area.
