We had known bout EFR bc a member was friends with the owners son who had given her information before we made a call from our school. We informed the man that she had been told we could pick up the tables ourselves by the OWNERS son and he told her she was lying and again when she said she knew the owners son. He did not stop untill she the families last name and exactly who had told her. Complete energy change of him but to getting more defensive bc he had been corrected. We completely understand if the son had not been knowing of all the rules and choices but the man definitely could have handled things differently. The one who had made the call was young and hurt by the way she was spoken too. This is not the proper way to speak to customers or a young girl who was just basing her answers off the info she was given. Very unprofessional do not recommend.

She is a team player on events in ready to jump in wherever she is needed. I am the assistant GM for a very busy catering company and she has very quickly become our favorite local bar company to use on our off premise events. We subcontract her bar services or send our clients to her when a bar service is needed. We are looking forward to doing many more future events with On The Rocks!

The day of the outside wedding it was very warm. The food was great there was plenty of food The salad was cool, even at 90* the deserts were also delicious The weight staff was so polite. They were very, very warm, but you wouldn't know it. Nobody waited for food. Tables were cleared. Glasses weren't left on the table. It was phenomenal. When the wedding was over, Colleen and the staff took anything that the bride and groom left behind, she kept it brought it to her home and called us and told us she had it above and beyond what they had to do!!!!!! My only regret was not having leftovers! They made my wedding day smooth and perfect, covering the bar, serving tables, setup and cleanup. They even dealt with last minute adjustments to a constantly changing guest list and a sudden awareness to a gluten allergy the night before the wedding. They came highly recommended by Peirce Farm and it was clear as to why. I would work with them a million times over.

We have used the Party Fun twice now for Photobooth services about 1.5 years apart between events…read more The first event everything (2020) went great, there was communication prior to the event, I saw proofs, I got to look at the backdrops, it was great. This event, I had contacted them, signed the contract, and then there wasn't much communication after. I understand that its not necessary to be in touch until shortly before the event, but that didn't happen proactively on their end. I had to write to them asking to confirm everything, even asking them to confirm the Vendor meal we were going to provide, and they still did not respond. I asked for them to bring an album so that we could keep a copy of all the pictures in there so that it could serve as a guest book and people could sign it. Because of this, we didn't plan another type of "guest book" On the actual event- The person who came to set up was lovely, and was on time and did the best that he could, but it was obvious that someone either above him or before hand did not do their part. The event was for my in laws 50th Anniversary and it was very important to us hosting the party that everything went perfect, because it was almost uncertain if this party was going to happen due to my father in law's health. You can understand my disappointment when we went to get our photo taken and- -The photo came out in a strip instead of the postcard style (fine, I can let that pass) - The background of the photo strip was nothing I got to pick out, it was some pink background (ok fine, minor) - THE NAME on the strip was Mr. & Mrs - Not my inlaws last name!! The attendant had to cut every strip- so basically everyone was leaving with a photostrip but there is no name of the event, date of the event nothing on this strip. The attendant tried to call tech support but did not have much luck. I then asked the attendant if he had the album so that at least my in laws could go home with a memory of the event that night. The attendant told me he usually brings them but there were no notes in my event for him to do so, so he did not bring it, he did take my name and address and said they would mail it to me. I emailed the company post event on 8/22 still have not heard back, further more, no album has shown up yet. Shocker. I do think this company is well meaning, and this may have been a one time thing, but the mark of a company or vendor for me isn't just what they regularly do, but how they respond to adverse events like this- and clearly they have not done a good job, because they have not done Anything. PS we previously used Jackie for our 2020 event and he was wonderful, the attendant Ryan at our event this time was great as well! I just dont know what is happening on the backend.

When we had to transform our backyard into a wedding venue we were suddenly faced with coordinating…read moreso many unfamiliar aspects of event planning. Working with Taylor and Missy at The Event Company made the tent and other rental details a breeze. They understood how important this event was to us and were extremely responsive and accommodating. After scoping out the yard with Taylor I was completely at ease that he understood what we needed. Missy was awesome, with a quick an accurate quote, answering my many questions, and updating the numbers and sizes of tables as we approached the big day. She was even able to accommodate a last minute request for some additional tables to be delivered the day of the wedding! The set up was smooth. Taylor was happy to shift the tent to my exact location and placed stakes in my preferred spots. When setting up the lights, Trevor was fine with moving them around to suit my needs. The guys that came to break everything down we're quick, quiet, and did so with no impact to my lawn, even after the rainstorm the day before. Our guests all commented how great the tent and lightning was. Thank you all for helping us create "the perfect wedding", according to our daughter!

They are very reasonable compared to equivalent companies , are prompt, professional and good quality. Missy especially is very smart, on the ball, and highly efficient. The owner, Bobby was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating and walked us through every step and even suggested the size tent that we would need for the amount of people that we had invited.
