It was very dusty and due to health conditions I was on the search for a trustworthy, GOOD QUALITY, and reasonably priced home cleaning service. Through word of mouth I heard of Cindy's Maid Service and decided to give them a chance. My experience with them was amazing! I let them know in advance that the house was unoccupied for a while, is very dusty, and asked them to use strong products. I made an appointment with them on Labor Day (Monday) and the crew arrived on time and ready to work. Cynthia and her colleagues are so friendly and understanding. After every room they cleaned they'd ask me to come down and check; other maid services I've used in the past NEVER did that. If I was unsatisifed or if there was something that needed to be added to the list, for example, wiping the closet shelves down or the windowsill or the inside of my cabinet drawers they did it without question. In addition they were very fast too. They arrived at 10 in the morning and were out the door by 12:30, not bad for a multi-level 3 bedroom house. Before you know it my house was beginning to look and smell like a house. It's always great to work with nice, understanding and committed people. It's even better when their work exceeds your expectations. I will definitely use them again and will recommend my friends and family to also.

Agnes replied late but was the lowest quote and also could come out on the upcoming Saturday morning so I booked her. My schedule actually freed up and I asked her to come out on Wednesday evening at 6 pm and she agreed. Just mentioning this back story to let you know she's very flexible in her scheduling. But enough of the back story. She came out and looked at my condo which needed a lot of cleaning since the last renter left it pretty dirty and I needed it thoroughly cleaned for the next renter to move in. The insides of the oven had burnt residue all over, the insides of the refrigerator had spilled liquid on multiple shelves, the wood floors had a thick residue of drywall dust since I had some of the drywall replaced in multiple rooms and the whole condo repainted, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and the bathtub was super dirty since the renter had a bath mat in the tub and apparently never cleaned underneath. Anyways she deep cleaned the appliances inside and out, she vacuumed the wood floors with her Dyson and mopped with a special cleaner for wood floors so the dust was gone and the floors were clean, she cleaned the bathroom. Everything looked and smelled fresh again. Well...except for the bathtub which she did the best she could but there were still black stains in the tub but I don't fault her since I really didn't think those stains would come out. But at least the bathtub was very clean and my new renter would just have to live with the stains. She had one other person helping her and she did all this in a little over 3 hours. I would not recommend this cleaning company based on my experience!!…read more I paid $515 for what was advertised as a detailed move-in deep cleaning, and the quality of the work fell far below what was promised. Numerous areas were either overlooked or not cleaned at all. The baseboards were still dirty, the walls were not spot-cleaned, every window sill was missed, there was no high or low dusting completed, and the downstairs bathroom was essentially untouched. After I raised my concerns, the company sent a second team to finish the job. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, many of the same issues remained. I have photos documenting condition of the home after services were rendered. For a professional deep cleaning at this price, I expected much more attention to detail and a completed job the first time. Instead, I had to spend additional time inspecting the work and requesting corrections, only to find that important areas were still missed. I understand that no service is perfect, but this experience did not reflect the level of quality or professionalism I was paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Lastly, When I asked the worker Josh if the dirt was coming off of the baseboard in the bathroom, he became visibly upset and responded that they had other clients to get to. While I understand that companies have busy schedules, I expected the service I paid for to be completed before moving on to another appointment & that is what I stated to him and he immediately got upset said that he wasn't gonna be talked to like that, stormed out of my house aggressively swung my screen door open & it hit the outside wall. As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect clear communication and a respectful response when asking about the status of the work being done in my home.
