I called On The Spot Delivery yesterday and they fit me in today! They professionally picked up and delivered an outdoor furniture set and a fire pit. They were friendly and efficient. The owner of the Co was informative and helped orchestrate the delivery. I was pleased to get such great service at such a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again. I contacted this service to deliver a small curio cabinet. Was told item would be delivered between 3-6. Didn't happen and I called and was given an excuse but was told to call the next day and my item would be delivered between 3-6. At 6 I called the store to see if the cabinet had been picked up and was told the item was still at the store. Tried to call the delivery service and got voice mail. Poor excuse for customer service. I can understand 1 mistake but back to back there is no excuse. So much for excellence in service. Almost 2 hours after writing the above review my cabinet was delivered. Never did receive a return call. The young man that delivered the cabinet was very nice and apologized for the late delivery. I was very impressed with this young man and hope he does well with his future education. read more

If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. My issue is the same as others that gave this place poor ratings. Irresponsible with time management and making certain, individuals obtain the product they paid for. Dispatch isn't much better, talking over you, not allowing for time to speak what has happened from your view point and having the audacity to "offer" the next day. I would never, ever use this company, nor pay for their services. If they are this irresponsible with their customers, I couldn't imagine how they treat their employees. Next time, I would carry the furniture home on my back rather than utilize a company that is irresponsible and refuses to take responsibility for their actions. read more

Our delivery was never made. Promises and scheduled appointments fell through for days. All contact was initiated by me, not them. I eventually made other arrangements to have our furniture delivered because it was clear that they could not get the delivery made. Steer clear of the lies and empty promises. read more

I had a very good experience with ON THE SOOT DELIVERY. My daughter was moving into an apartment and we had bought a few items from Sam's and also West Elm.
