Just an extremely unprofessional experience. I tried to book through their website twice and never received a response. I finally gave them a call to try to set up an appointment and was informed that they "don't book online anymore." That's problematic since their website says nothing about that and directs visitors to an online booking page that lets you submit all your details and then tells you someone will reach out to you. In the course of trying to set up the appointment over the phone I was asked to repeat myself about 10 times before I just gave up and hung up the phone. Not sure if the guy on the phone was busy doing something else or just had headphones in or what. Anyway, found another service locally that I was able to book with online within about 60 seconds of getting to their website. Couldn't speak to how well they clean cars, but it if it's anything like how the book appointments I'd assume you're going to be disappointed with that as well. read more

Maybe their upper tier services are better... but the standard wash is just a normal car wash with a vacuum service and a few individuals that wipe down the car at the end. This car wash is absolutely beautiful and stands above all other car washes. Their system takes great care with each car, so much so that one of its major investors trusts his own cars to its care. It's a common trope for car enthusiasts to eschew automatic washes because they can cause swirls etc... I saw firsthand the results on the investor's brand new Rolls Royce Cullinan. There were no signs of any impact, even on the hood's matte finish, from going through the wash. I've taken my cars through several times now with amazing results. I'm so glad I found it. We just moved here from the DC area where we had nothing even approaching the quality of work and service provided by WashLab. Try it now. It's terrific! read more

Sure it looks all shiny going through the line, however, it's the lighting that they have above the drying station that makes your car look good!!! Save your money and your car. Good evening! I was in this afternoon and I'd just like you all to know that I won't be back. The atmosphere was absolutely to rave about however my full service lacked the full service. My carpet was left with traces of debris. I did return inside to inquire about the lack of attention that was given to the inside of my vehicle concerning the interior windows. How the once great Wash Lab has now become a trash can I would tell folks to go to Lee's Majic tunnel or one of the many Express Car washes as Wash Lab has rotten customer service and the staff and management just do not care. I will give one star only because I can not give a negative star. Save your money find a express wash or go to On the Spot. Or just wash it yourself!!!!! read more

I went to Washlab AutoSpa for their touchless car wash last September. Turns out it's not completely touchless, so I had to upgrade to a hand wash because I have striping on my car that keeps me from using automated car washes that touch the striping in any way, or risk having it peel. (I had to do this on the fly, when I saw for myself the automated system was not truly touchless.) Fine, so be it. The cost was $44.98. This was for the exterior wash only; no vacuuming of the interior. They did a good job, and I was satisfied. Flash forward to now, eight months later... and the price for the same service has increased to $80.00. They do include vacuuming the interior at that price, but I don't need that. They said they could skip the vacuuming, but the price stays the same... $80.00. Sorry, no. Not only is there no way to justify that type of price increase in eight months, but there are a handful of other places around town that offer this service for half that price. Needless to say, they'll be getting my business going forward, not Washlab Autospa. read more

I was super excited to try this company out, but sad to say, I was highly disappointed. I didn't mind the wait, but I thought the wait would be a clean vehicle. They did not shine my tires, but when I got home that was not all they did not do. My front window was dirty, my jeep back door was not cleaned, and the tire on the rear was not shining either. My back tires were just as white with dirt, the same as when I took it in. And I assumed I had a handwash, but I am thinking I did not now. Overall, my jeep was still dirty. I won't be taking my vehicle there again. For as much as I paid, I should not have any complaints.....NOT!!!! I would post pictures, but it would be posting pictures of my vehicle after I got it home and cleaned it myself. Very disappointed. read more

If you ever wonder how good the new Washlab Auto Spa wash your car, don't go there. They charge you $50 for wash and interior clean or $24 for just wash only and you drive to the vacuum area and you do the rest yourself Before paying the $50 I asked they guy what do they clean. He said they clean the outside and vacuum the inside, wipe down the inside. I also specifically asked him if they clean the mats also and he said yes, they clean everything. When I got my car It was the worst clean I have ever got. The outside was clean but the inside they didn't even clean it. Barely even vacuum the car. I had to bring the car to the area where you vacuum the car and clean the inside myself. I asked them why they didn't wipe the inside down and didn't put the rubber mats through the mats machine to clean it and why did I even bother paying $50 to get my whole car done when they didn't even clean the mats and wipe down the interior. They said if I wanted the mats clean, it was and extra charge and interior was also an extra charge. So the person who told me what $50 consist of was a lie. They said for those things to be done it will be around $115. The excuse they use why they charge $50 because they use a special chemical for the car wash compare to the other car wash that you use. This place is a ripoff. When I went to a car wash in Colorado, you pay $24 for the basic wash with vacuum and $40 for total wipe down, vacuum, and mats clean. read more
