Tom and his assistant cleaned my car last fall (2019). I would have posted sooner if I knew his business was on Yelp. They did an excellent job. I keep my car clean, they got it cleaner!!!! They were able to detail my ride at my office parking lot and even though the weather was getting cold, they continued to complete it with great care and professionalism. My mechanic noticed during a pre-sale inspection that my new-to-me-Miata had been badly detailed at some point in the past, with several scratches and numerous swirls. Normally I detail my own cars (especially after a horrifically bad experience at a car wash) and knew what I wanted to do. However, I've never done a pain correction. Rather than learn the hard way, I decided to pay a professional detailer to fix the paint so I could coat the car myself. I contacted several detailers through Yelp to get price estimates. One detailer never got back to me. The second detailer offered to clay the car. I've clayed my cars to prep them before coating, but that's not what this car needed. It needed a professional polish and paint correction. The third try was the charm. On the Spot knew exactly what I wanted and asked me to estimate the amount and depth of damage to the paint, and what I was going to do afterwards so he could prep the car correctly. Which he did and did very well. He also applied a sealant so I could drive the car for the rest of the week since I couldn't finish the car until the weekend. Thomas responded promptly to my call. The service he offered and pricing seemed at least as good as others I had received, so we arranged a time for him to come out. Today, he texted that he would be arriving early. He looked over the car and told me his revised plan, which, if it worked, would cost LESS than his quote! So I went into my home and got things done while he worked outside. It was so very convenient. The car finish looks fabulous. Thomas performed miracles on my 2015 Black Jeep Cherokee in May 2021 and u will have him visit me again (Nashua) very soon. I was blown away with how clean the exterior became and Thomas educated me as to how and why engine and brake dust build up destroys the finish. Thomas was prompt and extremely thorough, he even scraped off a couple old rear windshield stickers, never knew they were ever there when he finished. I just recently purchased a preowned car that had some stains around the interior and a heavy stain on my front passenger seat. I went outside of my condo to meet up with Thomas and showed him the stains I had in my car that needed some extra work. After a few hours, I get a call back from Thomas asking if I can come out to inspect the car. When I got to my car, the first thing that I had noticed was my dashboard. It was so shiny, clean and black! It didn't look like armor all, it looked like some expensive top notch product. He even got the heavy stain on my front passenger seat out! Before it was thick brown looking but he got my seat looking brand new again. All the stains that I had pointed out to Thomas weren't there anymore. He shampoo and steamed everything out. He even applied some gloss and protection onto my floor mats! He went above and beyond with his job. Overall experience, great customer service, very easy to set up an appointment, very affordable. A gallon of unpasteurized apple cider fermented and exploded in my trunk. Yeah yeah, I know. I know. Washing it on my own did almost nothing; the whole car smelled like yeast and fallen apples.
