Poor service had my tires rotated never set the pressure sensors over tighten the lugs nuts rude. The wheels were so tight got a flat could not lessen then had to have it towed to a tire shop to do it they said lucky they did not break.refuse to set the sensors or help me 830 opponent. Took my truck in made me wait over a hour and a half before he did it just to tie it up so I could not leave never go back there again. If you had tires done there I hope you can get them off it you need to. They put them on with air tool and over tighting them read more

I drop my car off here for detailing and figured I just get vacuumed and the outside washed. But when I picked it up I was simply amazed. They did a great job and went above and beyond my expectations. I'll be coming back every season now. read more

Brought my car there to get cleaned, had an old chocolate milk stain on the floor in the back seat and was highly impressed by the service I got, the environment, and the results from the work done on my car. Since then, my whole family and I have brought all of our cars there for both auto repair and detailing. Going there has been the only auto repair experience I have gotten where I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of. Best part about bringing my car there was the owners very friendly and playful black lab that is quick to greet you with one of his play toys. Overall, my experience and my faimly's experience at A Plus Detailing in Dracut was nothing less than excellent! I have never written a Yelp review but I will take the time today. Today I dropped my 2011 Chevy Equinox off to get the inside completely detailed and the outside washed. Now mind you I get my car detailed yearly so it's in good shape and my price was $150. Now what I got- they took my car from 9-5.. In return I got a car with wet seats and ground-OK fine. The Windows all streaky-OK. Inside cleaned subpar (steering wheel dirty). Now what REALLY got me was my trunk that was completely untouched... Dirty not even vacuumed, didn't even try to clean it. Was it extra for the trunk???? Or was it supposed to be included in the complete interior details? I feel like they just stole $150. Please do not go here! I was recommended by a friend who had used them in the past. I had never gotten my car detailed and thought maybe I was expecting to much. I brought my car & my daughters car there. I was never more disappointed I called and brought back both cars back, my daughters floor mats were still in the trunk with dried up stains which they said they cleaned but it wouldn't come out . When they gave it back this time the stains looked much better so I knew they didn't do it the first time. I didn't really look at my car until I got back to work , I had picked it up during my lunch break, when I got to work there was still dirt on the floor, in the back, and none of the stains in my seats or floor came out at all. I went right back and he assured me that they had washed and vacuumed it 3 times. So, I left and went back to work were I found a piece of gum between my backseats . My husband did call and he said he would go back over my car so I went back there for the fourth time and still no difference . I would never recommend them to anyone. I also have a SUV and they did not wax my roof when they did the outside of my car. read more

I have been a client of Neil's for a few years. I used to wax my car a couple times of year myself and was very particular about the car being pristine. I brought my car to Neil based upon a referral by a Family member a few years ago and now I trust all my car detailing to him. Have had him detail my car several times a year and it is always immaculate. Also, just last year I started having him do my boat as well, and again I was beyond impressed with his work.
