Daniel ran our annual fundraiser at Kona Kai resort flawlessly. He was a joy to work with before and during the event. Both the live band and DJ found him knowledgeable and easy to work with. Daniel provided speakers, 2 projectors, 2 screens, and lighting. He operated our auction slides and other presentation material without problems. We were going to use Kona Kai's Audio visual team but they were hard to get ahold of and never gave clear prices (which worried me). Our event raised over $130,000 and it was with the wonderful help of AV Bliss. We would definitely use him for future events and I would use him for personal ones as well. He would be great for weddings and big celebrations.

Communication was always on time, and she was always supplying us with the information we needed. What I liked most about this company was that Sylvia gave me a quote along with different ideas and packages to choose from. Instead of me having to tell a company exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, I really liked having different options and packages to choose from. It made the whole process so much easier. We hired Sylvia for our daughter's 18th birthday party for about 25 people, and everything was perfect. They came early in the morning on the day of the event and set everything up, then came back about an hour before the party started with the food. Everything was right on time and looked amazing. The food was delicious as well, and we had plenty of leftovers. Not one complaint about the food, and these were 18-year-old girls, so that says a lot! We also had a photo booth and the telephone where the girls could leave private messages for the birthday girl. That was such a fun and special touch and ended up being one of my favorite things. Aesthetically, everything looked beautiful, and I'll add some pictures so you can see for yourself. Everyone we worked with from Sylvia's company was professional, friendly, and very efficient. At one point, the wind knocked over some of the photo booth decorations, and they came over right away and fixed everything without us even having to worry about it. One other thing I loved about working with Sylvia is that she is a Navy veteran. If supporting a veteran-owned business is important to you, this is a great way to do it while also getting an amazing product and service. I would absolutely recommend Sylvia and Affordable Party Rentals to anyone planning a party or event. They made everything so easy from start to finish, and we will definitely be using them again!

We needed high-quality A/V and we definitely got that here. The best thing I can say about using Voice & Video is that nothing eventful happened. I submitted my request, we exchanged a couple of emails and I paid a 50% deposit for what was needed. Fast forward to event night and the person was already there setting up. I let him know what the night was going to look like, and everything was ideal: the audio and video were both exactly what you'd hope for, for our presentation.
