After 10 minutes, the dog calms down and her phone call ends. I talk with her for 20 minutes explaining my needs and whatnot. She gave me some brochures and pamphlets on the systems i was interested in but couldn't give me any pricing. I gave her all my info to have jason call me when convenient and now its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a single peep from this lousy company. AVOID. Extremely unprofessional. They may have been in business for a long time but they lost my business. I since went with a different contractor who responded to my request and did the work this past week.

When they arrived they dove into the job ( I provided the waders ) so the stayed dry! Furnace was a simple fix for them and five (5) broken pipes, joints or fittings and we were back in service. A WiFi thermostat gets installed so we can monitor and adjust to prevent future problems .... Amazing service on a Saturday by a business that was five star beginning to end! Wednesday 17:30: Jamal comes back, figures out he bought the wrong part and reschedules for Thursday Thursday 0830: intern arrives with new part, but same problem Thursday 1030: jamal returns to help diagnose Thursday 1330: Team leaves unable to diagnose or fix issue Ultimately i was charged for a diagnosis and service, which didn't properly happen. The problem i called for still persists, but they charged my account for a full service. I'm having to pay the $150 bucks due to Jamal's relaxed training methods. He should not have charged me until he as the professional, knew the fix was working. They lay down cloth to ensure your home is just as clean as when they first came onsite. My only ding would be scheduling is a bit difficult. I get the impression they are very busy. Not a bad problem to have for a small business.
