I have to say this company did EVERYTHING RIGHT, from the first phone call to the delivery their service was GREAT, I needed something delivered from my sons dorm at Chapman University to our home in Studio City. I called them at 4:45 pm, they made the pick up within 35 minutes. They arranged the place and time with my son, then called me to confirm the pick up and tell me the driver was on his way. They then called me when the driver was 8 miles from my house so I would now when to expect him. The driver was polite and professional! The delivery was $10 less than I was quoted on the phone and the driver was surprised and very thankful that I tipped him. This company SAVED MY DAY AND NIGHT I would have been driving in bumper to bumper traffic for at least 4 hours. I highly recommend this messenger service!! We desperately needed to get some parts delivered to a finisher in Costa Mesa and back to Seattle on a really tight schedule. I put them on a plane to LA and called On Time, who I used several years ago. Tony answered the phone and didn't hesitate for a second. He said they could do it. Apo was there at the airport at 7:00 a.m. and by 7:45 the parts were at the finishers. On Time acted as my agents and coordinated with the finishers to make the earliest flight back to Seattle. Needed two pick ups (in opposite directions of LA) for work. Super easy to call and set up the pick up. The day of, we had an issue with one of the stops (something to do with payment on our end) On Time Messenger Service was extremely nice and waited while we sorted payment out. Loved how much they communicated/ informed us what was going on on their end while we were trying to figure things out.
