She had docs to study prior to serve and guaranteed her work. 1st attempt- she asked respondent (restraining order to be served) the wrong identification when she approached. She then asked my neighbor if she had seen him. It became disruptive. She eventually gave up knocking (at my request) and left documents at his door.
