We didn't want to get in with him but we had no choice. He kept telling us that he hates going into South Beach (then why did you offer to bring us there, you stupid jerk?) and how it's so crowded there and he kept saying "I wouldn't try to jip you, it's MY cab number, MY cab number!" He said that about 150 times and at this point, I wanted to shoot myself in the head. My husband got irritated with him and told him that he can drop us off here because we don't want to spend over $35 for a cab ride, he was doing all these U-turns and it was irritating us so finally he said that he'll split the cost and won't charge us moreo than $35, the total came to $40 something but we only gave him $35, no tip. Just because we're out-of-towners, it doesn't mean you can push us around thinking we don't know you're a sketch ball who just wants more money from us. From all my terrible cab experiences in Florida, I can say now that I don't like Florida anymore, it was my second home for a long time and now i hate it.

I confirmed all key details the day before the wedding, including passenger count, drinks, and music, and was reassured everything would be fine. Unfortunately, from the moment the driver arrived, the experience immediately went downhill. He questioned what we were bringing into the limo and insisted that eight passengers would not fit, creating unnecessary stress at the very start of my wedding day. The driver's appearance was unprofessional and he followed up his entrance by asking to use the restroom in my home, which I found inappropriate. When we asked about connecting to Bluetooth music, his response was dismissive ("some people figure it out, some don't"), and he began driving without helping. When asked again, his attitude became argumentative and uncomfortable. Throughout the ride, he continued making unnecessary comments rather than allowing what should have been a calm, celebratory moment for a bride. The most upsetting moment came upon arrival at the church. Despite claiming he had been there "300 times," the driver repeatedly said he did not know where to drop us off. We circled the church 5-7 times while the gates were clearly open and my family was waiting. At this point, the driver was annoyed that there was traffic in the church and even said under his breath "typically the bride and groom arrive in a Rolls Royce", insinuating that we were the reason he couldn't get into the church. I was overwhelmed and emotional, and the situation escalated to the point where the groom had to exit the limo in the middle of the road. I eventually had to ask the driver to stop speaking because his commentary was making the situation worse. After the wedding, we contacted Ara Limo about the experience and were told our tip would be refunded. Nothing was ever sent. Two weeks later, when we followed up, we were yelled at over the phone and asked, "How much do you want!?" instead of simply honoring what they had already said they would do. This interaction was just as unprofessional as the service itself. This was the only negative experience of my entire wedding day, which makes it especially disappointing. I expected professionalism, discretion, and support on a once‑in‑a‑lifetime day and received the opposite. I would strongly caution any bride from trusting this company with wedding transportation.

The bus this year was more antiquated then the first and was not inspected thoroughly before picking up our group. Midway through our trip the driver discovered that the air pressure needed to be fixed and pulled off at an exit. Approximately 40 students and staff were stuck on the side of the road in Gainesville for 5 hours waiting for a mechanic to come fix it. The mechanic was taking forever so the bus company decided to send another bus from Tampa to pick up our group and drop them off in Orlando. Our students missed their lunch reservation and had to order pizza and then also missed their dinner reservation because they were dropped off. We had to quickly find a venue willing to fix dinner for 40 people with an hour's notice. The worst part is they missed the college tour for the school that everyone wanted to visit the most, UCF. They settled for just visiting the bookstore the next morning, but were not able to have their group tour rescheduled. The bus company offered no compensation for the inconvenience due to their negligence, no apologies, and basically said we should be "grateful" they even sent another bus to pick us up instead of leaving us on the side of the road. They acted like they did us a favor. This is the worst customer service we have ever received and will gladly take our business elsewhere. The only positive of the trip was the driver; the students loved him and he was very friendly and kind. Avoid Miami Motorcoach at ALL COSTS!
