My daughter was late for first day of college (I had allowed half hour). I gave it a second chance. Parent confirmed same day. 1 hour and 15 minutes before time of service. Again, no show. My daughter called, they said "she wasn't scheduled". I called to cancel future services I was told "we were on our way and she didn't need a ride". Company lied and is not trust worthy.

Dean kept us entertained the entire time, my son was so impressed with him that he keeps asking, "when are we going to see Dean again?" I cannot say enough good about the service we have received from our driver. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the company, Penny, and the manager of the company, Starla.
