Our driver Baxter was very polite and engaging. After we were all seated he provided us with a handful of rags to wipe off the condensation from the windows which he apologized for in advance stating the defrosters couldn't keep the windows clear. He was correct. The tour itself was great and for the most part the rags were enough for those seated towards the front. But as my 90 year old father an I were seated in the rear it was very hard to keep the windows clear enough to get a good view. Occasionally the rear windows would ice over and the only option was to roll the windows down but because they wouldn't go down all the way it was difficult for my father to see the full displays. I spent most of the ride attempting to keep the windows clear because the 2 small defusers at the rear were of no use. Again, the tour itself was awesome and everyone said they had a great time, they just needed to do something else besides giving us rags to wipe the windows.

You would think this company would refund half the cost just for the inconvenience of people needing to get Uber rides and other people needing to make multiple trips to pick everyone up. There were also fumes in the bus and the bus driver did not get people off the bus even after my bridal party was complaining. Very disappointing...again I understand that failures happen, but how this company responded to this incident is disappointing and sad. (I have a friend who rented a bus for his bachelor party. The bus got a flat tire on it's way from Wausau to Milwaukee for a Brewers game. We missed the tailgating party, but we still made it to the game. That company refunded him for the FULL amount even though we made it to the game and made it back to Wausau.) After I left 5 messages, I finally got a return phone call at midnight and a TON of excuses. Craig, the owner, told me that we should pay for alternate transportation instead of having him come get us since he was still in Eau Claire!! I told him that this wasn't going to happen and he needed to come get us so we could go home as was the plan when I booked his car service. He finally made it at 1:45 am with no apology but instead complaining about what a rough night HE had. At drop off (3 hours later than anticipated) I was informed that he would "knock $50 off". When I told him this was unacceptable he said "Maybe I'll just charge you the full rate because I already have your credit card!" After I told him that I would be telling our friends of these events, he then stated that he would've left my family at the airport if he knew this was going to happen. STAY AWAY FROM MR. LIMO!!!!
