On 8/29/26 at 1pm I was denied service due to debris in my…read moretruck bed as cited by supervisor Victor Gonzales; this is the truck the I literally just added to my monthly plan moments prior. I agreed to use the exit route and removed my vehicle from the wash queue in order to sweep the debris out myself. As I was being guided out of the queue by a car wash employee rear my driver side panel was damaged by scaping a pole/object as the exit was too narrow. When I brought this damage to the attention of "supervisor" Victor Gonzales he acted as if this was my fault and offered no apology whatsoever ever. He simply took pictures of the truck bed and damage and went on about his duties. This incident and the response from the supervisor is very disappointing. I've been using this service for many years but will cancel my membership today and never return.

The staff seemed more focused on rushing through vehicles and collecting tips than on providing the quality cleaning and detailing they advertise. When I got my car back, the seats were not cleaned and passenger seat was still sticky, the interior had not been vacuumed properly, the center console was still dirty, leaves were left in the vehicle, and there was even bird droppings still on the roof, or tree sap, along with bugs still stuck on my grill. I had to repeatedly point out areas that had been missed and ask for them to be cleaned again. What was most frustrating was the response. When I asked for these issues to be corrected, several employees just stood around looking at me. Nobody seemed interested in taking ownership of the problem or fixing it. Eventually, I spoke with the manager, who was very quick to offer a refund. But that wasn't the point. I wasn't looking for my money back--I wanted the service that was advertised and that I had paid for. By offering money back was an infication they didnt care. I just wanted the service I paid for. Another issue is that they applied Armorall to parts of my vehicle without asking and without clearly advertising that they use it. Many car owners prefer to know exactly what products are being used on their vehicles and should be given that choice. Armorall was not mentioned or advertised. If you're in a hurry and just want a quick wash, this place may be adequate. But if you're expecting the attention to detail, quality, and professionalism they advertise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Two stars because the manager at least offered a refund, I took a redo rather than a refund and paid a hefty tip at the end, but the actual quality of the work fell well short of expectations.

They consistently do a great job, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car wash.
