Over the past eight years, this has been my go-to spot for a car wash. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whenever I come here, I usually get both the interior and exterior cleaned. They vacuum the rugs and seats, wipe down the interior, and get everything done in about 10 minutes, which is really convenient. They also have a nice waiting area, with indoor seating if it's too hot outside, plus a canopy for shade. Overall, every time I come here, it's been a good experience. Went here today, for the very first time! I wasn't disappointed, they did a hella great job cleaning and washing my Honda HR-V. Nothing was stolen, they didn't damage my car, in any way. Solid cleaning, saves me time and effort, especially since I'm older now, my body can't be bending over , ducking under , climbing my suv like I'm a 20 year old again, lol. Thanks to the crew here! Hella rude. Customer service very unprofessional. A employee was in front of me in the car wash he got out his vehicle. Honestly, I'm surprised to see all of the negative reviews. If this place was as horrible as described, they wouldn't have the long lines and return business as they do. Everyone has always been friendly, professional and hard working. They also all seem happy which is rare to see at a business. I never see anyone slacking. They work like a strong and efficient team. I'm always happy to tip and tip well. I usually get The Works option I believe which is about $32/$34 I can't remember off the top of my head. With the lemon scent and I always get compliments on how clean my car is and how good it smells. I recently discovered the outside wash only for $12 and another option for $14. This is great because I drive Lyft and my outside gets dirty before my inside since I wipe down and do quick vacuums myself in between service. I will say that I'm considering taking my business to 7 flags because a monthly subscription for unlimited washes is a better value for the frequency in which I would like to get my car cleaned. As I mentioned I'm a Lyft driver. One of top 3 compliments is "Clean Car", so I really value being able to get frequent washes for one monthly price. My car doesn't get dirty enough to justify paying for so many. I wish they would add a reasonable subscription option so I can get regular cleanings without breaking the bank. Again, my car washes aren't very difficult because I keep it so clean. Anyways, I'd recommend this car wash. Also support the Coffee Curb in the same lot while you wait. The Oreo Freeze is . Been looking for a full service car wash since the place I used to go to changed ownership and no longer offered it. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive at opening on a Saturday to have my car serviced and cleaned in less than 30 mins when there was clearly a morning weekend rush. Two men detailed my car and did not do a rushed mess of a job. My car was long overdue for this and I am glad to have found a place to offer what I am looking for in a full service in and out detail. I came once already. The quality of work wasn't 100% so I came back for a second time to give it another shot. I would not recommend service is OK but the quality of work is horrible dry spots everywhere and I point out the fact that it just stood there under the sun and nobody dried it for 20 minutes and they told me that before they release the vehicle they do a quick wipe around so they'll get those spotsThese are the results. read more

So i just left this establishment July 10th at 1220 pm. They washed my chevy trail boss and did a horrible job on the inside. I paid 38 dollars. When I told the employees they didn't really vacuum or wipe down the inside they just gave me a stupid look like they didn't understand. So i asked them to hand me a towel they understood that, but watched as I held traffic to wipe down my seats dashboard, door panels etc etc. I always tip them when I go so I just don't understand read more

The only complaint I have is with the website. Vallejo car wash offers so many different options that it's pretty hard to pick. I checked the website before going to the wash but it did not contain any list of the options. There were several signs right before the ticket window where you purchase but the line of cars was moving reasonably quickly, and it was a little tough, trying to wrap my brain around the long list of possibilities. In the end I opted for the closest thing they had to a drive-through car wash (which was what I was looking for in the first place ). for 14 bucks, they hand soaped the car prior to the machine scrub, followed by the blow dry, and then finally a towel dry and hubcap scrub were the manual finishing touches. The results were pretty darn good. The body and windows were clean. The hubcaps were a little cleaner but they were such a mess to start I don't blame them for giving up. Lest you think I'm letting them off easy, it's been so long between washes the dirt had hardened and was crunchy. Also there was so much pollen my white car was greenish. Vallejo Car Wash earned their pay! Overall, Vallejo car wash could benefit from more detail in their web pages. I think the service is great value for the price. i've certainly used other services where they were charging about double the price for a comparable wash. Service is fast and efficient. The line moved pretty quickly. So even though there were about five cars ahead of me, I think I only waited about 10-15 minutes before I got to the wash. I look forward to taking my car to the wash again and this time I'm going to pick one of the special options and get the interior cleaned. As the sign says remove all valuables before interior cleaning. Someone has thoughtfully posted a picture with the options and price list. Wish I had seen that earlier. Well done Yelper! Been here for an hour exactly. They were not busy at opening, I was driving by and decided to stop here. Went through the was, They vacuumed my car, then car just sat there for 20 minutes. I walked up to car and asked if it was done because no one touched it for 20 minutes. "No it's not" I sit back down to wait, they open my trunk and stand, talking to each other while "wiping" the water around the back hatch for 2 minutes. (By this time I've been here for a little hour and they were just doing the wiping motion, but so into the conversation they were staring at each other, not what they were working on.) They aren't even working on my car... but car in front of me and behind mine are getting worked on and were both done at least 15 minutes before mine, they had to pull my car forward so one behind could leave the line. The value for my time was not worth it, and will rethink going here again. read more

We should not have to worry about items like Fastrak's, audio cables, iPhone charging cords, glasses, sunglasses to be taken but it was. Is anywhere not trustworthy anymore here in Vallejo. On top of that, I had to ask multiple times for them to vacuum the inside. I was met with rudeness saying I didn't pay for this but I did. It was on the receipt. On March 31 I paid for a wash & detail. On that same day it rained. It also rained the following day on April 1st. So I retuned on Wednesday with a receipt and asked an associate if there was a policy for a re-wash due to rainy days. She told me "No it has to be 24 hours from the day of the original wash" but HOW could I return within 24 hours and it rained the next damn day. She said I would have to pay $37 again when I had just paid plus tipped their damn workers. That is so unprofessional and unfair to me. I can't control the weather. I've never had an issue here but this really did it for me. I didn't deserve that and to spend $74 in 2 days for a car wash is ROBBERY! Never AGAIN ... DO NOT RECOMMEND.... read more

I am updating my review and replying to the owner Ostmar response! No, I will not bring my vehicle back for your employees to help me look for a handicap placard they stole. My Fiancé and I had just left the Vallejo DMV getting his Handicap Placard issued to him. I know for a fact it was in our vehicle at the time of our car wash. Also, I did double and even triple checked! I even called multiple times and spoke with Rebecca who was supposed to return our call, but she didn't. And we did remove our personal belongings! To make matters worse the Handicap Placard was stolen out of our Glove compartment. And these are other reviews of your employees stealing out of customers vehicles. Instead of replying to customers who was a victim to theft by the hands of your employees, you should be apologizing and speaking with your employees about theft! read more

We lucked out! Our cars came back from the wash like brand new, *almost* as if we were driving it off of the dealer's lot for the first time (insert sparkly eyes here)...and for only $32?! Like I said, I think we lucked out here with this particular experience. Came early on a Friday morning around 8:30AM, no wait, and our car was serviced right away. Car was detailed well, and they even cleaned our toddler's car seat and the floor beneath it, and that is always a giant mess on its own. Needed a deep clean for my mom's camry. Paid $45 plus tip for the #6 which is the highest level, includes cleaning carpet and rubber mats. You get in line, a worker comes up to your car and asks you what wash you wanted. They will then take your cash/card and hang a receipt in your car. You drive around to the car wash area where two workers will soap and do an initial scrub down. They will guide you to drive onto the track, at which point you put the car in neutral and the car wash will pull you through. After the tunnel, you'll be directed where to park (leave the keys). Then wait as they finish with the wash and the interior cleaning (depending on what you paid for). Overall my mom was very happy with it, she went to 7 flags previously and she didn't get the cleaning that she wanted. read more

I was on the fence about going to this place ever again when last I went but now I will never go back. They went over some things 12 times while completely ignoring others. They used something on me window to my speedometer that made it cloudy and couldn't be wiped off. When I complained they tried to tell me it was steam on the inside, it wasn't. They tried to tell me that it was there before, it wasn't. And then some guy used what looked to be headlight polish to get it off. They not only damaged my car but tried to blame me and then only half assed fixed the problem. And I had tipped them $20 they didn't offer my tip back or anything. They use to be fast and spotless, with reasonable prices now they are slow and missing spots AND EXPENSIVE, those two don't go together. They left majority of my car still wet, there was so much dust and hair still lingering. I saw them talking and on their phones more than on my car. Long line of cars/suv's already at the entrance at 0845. Wait time wasn't so bad, about 10 minutes before finally getting into the soap/wash area. They meticulously cleaned the interior, including vacuuming, while I watched them closely. Happy with results for a very reasonable price. Private detailing is way too costly for my budget. I used to really love this place but I took my 8 seater car for a wash today on a Friday afternoon around 3pm, and it was super busy. It was $30 for the size of my car. I waited about 30-40 minutes. The outside was clean but the nooks and crannies were overlooked. The interior was greatly overlooked as well. The sides of my door were still spotty as well as the area near the gear. This is a good place for a decent car wash but not a thorough wash for your car. Don't go here if you care about your car. They scratched my paint and my glass. They broke interior trim pieces and tried putting them back thinking I would not notice. They use way too much "protectant" on the interior and the "tire shine" is a heap of grease that gets all over the wheels and side of your car. I cannot believe how much they were able to mess up my car in just 15 minutes. The glass they scratched is impossible to find new replacements for, and I'll be lucky to find used glass in decent shape. They also scratched my new window tint. From out of town and visiting family from Southern California, looked online to see what was offered for car washes in Vallejo and found two. Found this to be a little more reliable on price and decided to go her. Got there around 815am after opening and was greeted immediately. Explain to the attendant that my car wasn't too dirty but what would he recommend? Rather than up sell me to the most expensive service, he recommended the $34 medium grade full service (about $20 cheaper than across town). Gladly took the recommendation and got the wash. All employees took their time both while washing it and cleaning the inside. All windows were cleaned, both inside and out and was left clean. No wash is better than doing it at home, but I will gladly stop at this car wash again when I'm town to get my car washed and cleaned. Thank you for a job well done. read more

This is not a true hand wash. More like an automated wash and hand dried. Anyhoo at $26 for inside and outside, it's not the most expensive but it's also not the cheapest. When they're finished with my car, I shouldn't have to point out all the spots they missed. Frustrating. In addition, I didn't see it until I drove off and the sun was beaming through my front windshield but my windows had streaks all over them, on the inside. Dirty cloths? I don't know. He also told me that after the green law they were not obligated to rewatch my car.
